I am reposting this in this thread just to keep everyone informed of my try as it could be of interest.

    ===REPOST START===
    Hi,

I decided to run this experiment before the competition in case and sides would come up that could, potentially, prevent me, from performing optimally. Lucky I did just that!

I started on September 9 and took 2.5mg of Halo in the AM and 2.5mg in the PM.

    September 9 - No effect.
September 10 - Slept a bit worse and had a slight headache when waking up.
September 11 - Slept worse again and woke up with a headache. Was a bit extra tired throughout the day.
September 12 - Woke up with a headache, extra tired, like I had not slept. Slight strength increase in the gym.
September 13 - Ridiculously tired when waking up. Head felt like a fog like I never really woke up. Strength was up in the gym. Easily added three extra reps on a chest exercise.
September 14 - Woke up tired, a headache that would no go away. Spent the whole day trying to wake-up, never did.
September 15 - Could hardly get out of bed. After the daughter and wife left the house, I went back to sleep. Could not get to the gym. Discontinued use this day.
September 16 - The second day without Halo and I am feeling pretty much back to normal.

    Conclusion
This compound is not for me and considering the ridiculously low dosages I was taking I am happy I ran this experiment separately from the competition. I remember seeing Obs taking 100mg ED, and he must have a superhuman body as I could not deal with 5mg ED :-) That said, everyone, responds differently but fair to say this one was not for me. I'll take the above suggestions of Tbol instead.

I would drop Halo into my cycles if strength was my goal, I would use it in the middle of the cycle to increase strength and aggression in the most productive part of cycling. I also use it pre workout with amazing results and also a cycle kicker but its not something I would recommended due to how harsh this compound can be. To many people look at this as the main driver in a cycle but it doesn't work on the body like that IMHO its just a boost to a strength cycle. I would get ridiculously strong and can effect your life in a negative way if you are not aware of the emotional turmoil this compound can drive.

I actually used it during cutting three weeks out from comp and it did its job.
Tarm- short term only IMO. It’s harsh. I wouldn’t go more than 3 weeks. My $.02

6-days and I were done. Not for me! If I end up moving to San Diego I'll give you my leftover bottle ;-)

I’ve never heard of Halo. Hmmmmm. I’m thinking it’s not recommended for the ladies. :/

It's one of the strongest androgens out there, not much anabolic and can't be taken long enough for the latter purpose.

Started having protein shakes in the AM as I am having a hard time eating enough. At this time not a single food is off limits and I still am stuck at 200 lbs. That said, had a great workout session today and tomorrow is the first day of team competition, we are going to look like clowns trying to synchronize movements.

    Handstand Practice
    5 sets:
    30-40sec Hollow Body Hold
    5x DB Shoulder Rocks

    5 sets; every 90sec:
    10sec FLR Hold
    10sec Body Tightener
    10sec Angled Wall Hold
10sec Handstand Hold (stomach to wall)

    Barbell Cycling
    On the 0:00 – 12 Unbroken Squat Clean Thrusters - 40kg
    On the 5:00 – 9 Unbroken Squat Clean Thrusters - 45kg
    On the 10:00 – 6 Unbroken Squat Clean Thrusters - 50kg

    Deadlift
    3×3 @ 147kg
    3×2 @ 157kg
    3×1 @ 166kg

    Stamina Conditioning
    For Time:
    100 Wallballs - 9kg
*Every Minute on the Minute – 6 Toes to Bar

Its an extremely strong androgenic steroid and would be very hard to avoid the virilisation sides effects. There safer and better alternatives for women IMHO.

A feeler set helps me to get the working set weight correct. A feeler set is something what you would do once warmed up to feel the weight and see how strong you're going to be on the working set. Some people just word it differently and use warm up the same as feeler. I don't go all out once warmed up I will drop in a feeler set to see how much I will attack the working set with

Did 100 squats Monday night with 225. Didn’t seem like such a daunting challenge... at first
    1st set - 25
    2nd set - 18
    3rd set - 15

I’m not sure what the rest of the sets were off the top of my head. I had to scratch them on a piece of paper, but they started falling off pretty quickly from there. It ended up taking waaay longer than I thought.

Two days later it is VERY hard to walk and I’m loving it.

    LMAO @ GGR!

I printed that chart off and posted it in the maintenance restroom. It's common to hear someone get called on the radio and the only reply you'll get is a single digit based upon the status of their "output".

Disgusting is when you call someone on the radio and they reply " Wait one for traffic....I'm 7b".

Really puts a damper on lunch.

Managed to get a lift in tonight. Really needed it, it's a real no-shitter some days.
Bought a little bit of steel today from work for a decent price. Just a few sticks of 4" square tubing, 6" channel, so 1/2" x 4" plate, and some 3" angle.
Helped one of the other guys load his his trailer down with a bunch of structural and bar stock. It's a goose neck trailer, dual axle, 16' long at least. Biggest chunk I handled was 6"OD x ~ 2'+ long....a bit of a handful. Plus a lot of 12' sticks of stuff anywhere from 1/2" OD to 2" OD. Loaded it from about 13:30 to right @ 15:00, so it was sure enough hot. Think it zapped me a bit because I was struggling tonight.

    Incline flyes into presses- 3 w/u, Work 1 - 5 flyes, 4 presses. Work 2- 5 flyes, 4 presses. Work 3 - 6 flyes, 5 presses. Drop in weight between sets.

It all started when one of the guys was diagnosed with Celiac disease (hope I spelled that properly). Anyway he was sharing all.the characteristics of his "output", so I printed out the Bristol scale and posted it in the maintenance restroom. From there, most of the guys decided to rate their poo. I think they got the idea from a website or something?

The first day of Team competition done. The first workout is/was pure conditioning.

    AMRAP: 7-minute time-cap or max 150 reps
Synchronized Burpee-over-bar. Chest touching ground was the part that we had to synchronize.
SCORE: 87 reps. We got a few more reps in there so decided to redo it next week.

Tomorrow we got Synchronized Squat Cleans (Catch position must be synced), 20-reps at 135lb, 20-reps at 185lb, 20-reps at 225lb.

Very hard but of course you can make it harder by really trying your 100% best. As far as yourself, you got a tad bit more weight than me to move around :-)

Yawn.....going to be early. Want to get an early start tomorrow.
Plan to setup an alternate exercise later on this week. Kel and I have been bouncing ideas back and forth. Time to test drive it soon.
