I totally get that! I was just able start incorporating legs in again and knew from past experience I didn’t want to hit them full throttle so I tried to tone it down and concentrate on volume, mind-muscle connection, good quad contraction in squat and good squeeze in extensions at the end. Followed GH’s advice and just really focused on the contractions overall. Great workout but knew I was screwed when I was getting sore same day, haha. Plateaued and got really sore but did dial it back enough to be able to use the restroom without having to call for help, haha.
I love working out when they are still sore - that’s good stuff!
Sorry to hear work and life are so hectic. My job is toxic and it became quickly apparently how much of my life work occupies. Hope you see some reprieve soon.

Hi fellas/ladies, roasting here the day. Got chest done this morning, good session no pain this time, i did do more stretching and more cable work.
Also went lighter with high volume.
Cable fly warm up/pre ex few sets high volume
Cable fly 3 sets
Slight incline machine press 3 sets
Pec dec 3 sets
Low to high cable fly 3 sets what are these called ?
Done, chest was on fire from the high volume, no pain so chuffed.
Rest the mora i think, am not feeling to good the night. Typical eh, off work on holiday and feel like shit.

Meal 1 2 scoops 0 carb protein powder, 20 saltines
Meal 2 salmon/ezekiel cereal w/almond milk
Meal 3 coming up - pre w/o 3.5oz turkey breast, 25g carbs ea oats/blueberries
Rest of the day about the same but since refeed get a few extra kcals and fruit. I’m simply beside myself so of course appreciate all the posts of chipotle ham, etc. I’m going to live vicariously through you for today Tarmyg.

Back at you Clarky. Rest day today so only 20-30 min on the spin bike and rest day meals. Back loading carbs which is nice - get the carbs end of day when they are most craved and most appreciated.
Hope everyone’s routines are going well. I’m early in mass phase and everything feels completely dialed in. Diet is on point, feels like I am just pouring nutrition in every time I eat, lifts are consistent and decent. I feel great after almost every session. Waiting for AAS to kick in, man, if I am this dialed in when they do I should be a beast for the phase. First run I’ve had with moderate/low dose test so that’s different.
Arms yesterday and decent session, good pump but not getting a lot of painful burn before end of set.
Legs tomorrow. Ready for sure.

Incline curls : 3 WSwith single drop each
Barbell curls : 4 WS with single drop each
Hammer curls: 3 WS with double drop each
Machine curls: 3 WS with double drop each
3 SS: wrist curls, reverse wrist curls & reverse curls
Reps kept consistently 10-12 range.
Love the volume.

Morning folks. Biceps are fried as all fuck.
I'm only using 75mg. of tren per week with my 200mg of test. Maybe it's that, maybe it's the hgh, but JC my physique is improving even after I stopped everything else last week.
My wife officially has had enough of me asking "honey does it look like I'm improving ?". She gave me THE look & told me to not ask again.
Hoping for triceps later today.

Legs done today. Hit it much harder but working it easy on the squats for now. I get this searing pain, mild, which shoots up the medial head of my quad when starting up from knees at 90 only on the right (that’s the bad knee side). Doesn’t get any worse with increased weight, no pain at all after the lift so I think it is related to the deconditioning from the surgery a couple of years ago ffs. My calf was almost bigger than my quad a year after since I could hardly bear weight for 6 months. I noticed similar sensation on the extensions at the end so pretty confident I”m just waking up old, atrophied fibers.
Round of ham curls, then Smith machine squats, then leg press, calf press, and lastly extensions. Could hardly walk down the stairs from the gym so mission accomplished. Back in the saddle...finally.
I’m leaned out so challenged with that a little bit as my legs are getting definition from the spin bike but they are so frickin skinny it’s tragic. 22.5” diameter midway on the thigh. My calves are 16.5 ffs. If I didn’t have such a fat ass I could start buying skinny jeans. Kind of going for that sponge-bob physique.

Hi fellas/ladies, shoulders and traps for me this morning. Went well, did lots of stretching and warm up Sets with light db's and some RC exercises.
Seated db side raises 2 sets
Cable side raises 3 sets a side
Rev pec dec 3 sets
Rev db flys 2 sets head resting on back if bench
Standing db side raises 2 sets
Seated shoulder press 3 sets
Smith shrugs 3 sets shoulder width apart
Smith shrugs CG 3 sets thumbs touching
Done, no cardio today i was in a wee bit of a hurry.

Done.

One week with no leg workout and my deadlift was back to normal from last weeks debacle. Pulled a nice 400lb today which felt good. Form was a bit off but it will come back. All in all, a good back day!
