I don't mind at all.
1600mg test e and c weeks 1-11
300mg deca 1-11
700mg tren e 1-10
50mg dbol daily 1-4
HCG 400iu e3d 1-16
17-18 clomid/nolva 100/40 ed, aromasin 25mg eod
19-22 clomid/nolva/aromasin (stane) 50/20 ed /12.5 eod
Starting week 12 I started tapering the test down, halfing the prior dose with each shot. I increased HCG at the same time by 200iu per shot
Deca 150mg week 12.
Tapered tren down the same way starting in week 10
At 14 weeks I was done with im oil injections completely.
continued HCG from 14-16 at 600iu
I'm into week 19 now, 3rd pct week.

I've run test as high as 3g but this was the first with tren at 700. I actually played with the tren this time so it was about a gram somewhere in there. I felt like a God that sweats a lot and has no endurance basically. My appetite was and still is massive. B12 inj is probably responsible for that. 1mg daily.
Ran out of tren. Lol. Not very scientific they were planned to have both stopped at 11.

I don't know. I didn't stay at that level long enough to see if it really made a big difference over 1600. 3 weeks I think. I don't remember the side effects being any worse than 1600 either. I get really good results from 1.5g. I thought about how much it was costing me to run 3g, what it might be doing to me long term, and the 'wtf am I doing this for?' factor also made me drop the idea. I'm 43 and I don't compete. I ended up not being able to justify that dosage experiment. 1-1.5g is where my sweet spot is and I get very little sides there so I'll stay with that as my max.

Legs extension. 2 warm up, 1 feel, 1 working set 8 reps to failure with 2 rest 1 drop.
Squat , 2 feel set, 1 working set 6 reps to failure with 3 rest pauses. ( heavy and intense )
Hack squat , 1 working set 8 reps to failure with 2 rest pauses.
Seated legs curls, 2 feel set, 1 working set 6 reps to failure with 2 rest 1 drop.
Lying legs curls. 4 working set, 15/12/9/7.

Preparing myself for leg day today. Shoulders/traps yesterday, took Sunday off and crushed back on Saturday.
Went to a Halloween party Saturday night and had a little too much fun so I've been struggling a little. Got my ass in there yesterday though..

Chest today
Warmed up with hammer strength decline, felt good so did a working set.
375#x 5 RP x 3
Incline Db press
so felt really good/strong going into these and after I Did my feel set. So noticed a trainer in the gym, actually working out, so I wanted to go for 105# db this time. So asked him if he would mind just giving me a lift off, not even for a spot lol...he asked going for the 80's again? I said no would like to try higher....he said OH NO, I cant give u a lift, im horrible at that...wtf?!?!?....so needless to say I hit 95# on my own x 6. Think I could have got 100's. dropped to 80 for 4 more
Flat BB (wanted DB's but lots of older gentlemen holding up benches lol )
Felt good and saw a friend, so put 245# had him spot me.....but no go....got 1.5....so this guy used to body build, so we did some forced negatives, maybe 4-5 times then I dropped it and got 4 more. And this goes back to where im stronger on DB then BB :/

Side note: Watched this young couple....he looked like a power lifter, she looked just like a fit woman (not a body builder). But watched her nail 135# BB close grip bench for 6 times....very badass to see. Probably first time seeing a woman do close grip, let alone that kind of weight.

Chest tonight first weights since thurs:
Was training on my own and had a fire lite under my ass.
Incline bench two warm ups then into heavy two sets was feeling strong the second heavy set was half a drop as went from 110lb to 95 lb db's was unreal the pump then two drops into real failure only. 3 and a half very hard reps on them
Flat db press, same as above really loved it.
Flies again same as above
Then push ups just to change it up was immense my chest is bursting here.
Then 15 mins cardio . Now post workout shake then post workout food. Redesigned my diet yesterday as had a day off so should be fun

Hi guys. Been doing hit for a couple months and love it. It's harder to get used to than I thought. Constantly adjusting and that's fine. Got myself a training partner who dose nothing but bitch. We're not doing enough sets he says. We're not working out five days a week he says. My friend dose 5 sets of 10 he says. All of this while I'm dead after 40 minutes and he wants to do 20 push-ups before we leave because "you can't leave not feeling tired." I tried to explain hit but he won't push. Gonna drop him and go it alone. Just needed to rant. Thanks.

To be honest I wish I had a training partner. HIT is difficult to do on your own with what little experience I have with. The forced reps and negs have to been done with a partner. A good HIT training partner is like finding a good woman, if you do perhaps find one, stick with em.
