Same here, a mixture of a lot of styles. A 3 minute round can bring you to your knees. How long should their rounds be?

Too short and they can go 100% and seriously, someone can get hurt with that power. Too long and it’s a bore fest, because they will be gassed.

Totally agree prox, well for the big cunts that they are. 90sec rounds would be fast and furious prox. Not to taxing but it could go the rounds as this is what it's all about.

I came to the same number. Damn, if they have a genuine dislike for each other, this is going to be viscous.

I don't think so, Clarky. He suffered with cervical radiculopathy in the Arnold Classic in 2016 ( I think). He still promotes and judged though.

If he recovers sufficiently, I've heard speculation that he may compete again in the Master's division of strongman. Vytautus Lalas is Lithuania's top talent now, if I recall correctly.

Absolutely. I'm just wondering if the promoter of the fight is having them "spice" it up a little to build up the anticipation.

Yeah, they could very well be AG. They will want a full house on the night plus all the tv money.

This Memorial Day I wanted to create a Tribute to all that gave the ultimate sacrifice to us and our country. With the National being closed to the public and programs being cancelled, I thought it would be wonderful to pay tribute at home. Last fall I had the opportunity to visit the Arlington National Cemetary. Watching the changing of the guard brought for the tomb of the unknown soldier brought me to tears. So many that fought and died for our country never made it home. So today I honor them from my home and stand with gratitude for all that they gave to me. Thank you for your sacrifice. You will always be remembered. List of Tunes:
    America the Beautiful
    God Bless America
    Amazing Grace

I'm a Christian ,, I'm a multi generational american and my family came here in the 1700s. my grandfathers were high ranking generals in the army and fought bravely to secure our land. and our rights and freedom..

but at the end of the day . I have to be a realist and look at the facts of history.
america was NOT founded by Protestant persecuted Christians escaping English rule.. it was found by the norse and Celtic gods 100s of years prior to the poor christian pilgrims that came here.
the christians only fled here cause they knew we could protect them.

and thats how America started.. the gods , the mighty warriors, not the frickin pilgrims found this great counrty and land.

anyhow, stupid rant of the day by me

PT this morning, also quite a few trigger point injections with Marcaine. Apparently my left arm isn't liking it when I run a chainsaw for extended periods of time.

It usually lasts about 6 hours or so, Prox. I just have to be mindful of irritating it again?

I didn't mention anything about them but the PT Dr. usually gives me a once over before therapy and she found them right away.

They’re nasty little buggers. You have my best wishes, when I had them, they sucked the life out of me. I get paranoid when I even have a tinge of discomfort in the same area now. Best to you AG, sincerely.

Hey, what did you think of that Brian Eno song I posted on the metal thread? I remember smoking pot to it when I was in school in the 70’s and felt I was floating with the extended guitar solo and the repetitive background beat.

Forget the video. It’s a stoner type song. Need lights out & to be a tad “relaxed. Actually forgot the solo was so prolonged.

Morning all. Damn, a 50 minute fast walk just crushed me. Yep, I’m cardiovascularly challenged.

Sounds like we’re getting our gyms back in July, till then, back to the r-bands later.

I hope you all have great days.

    Afternoone everyone!

    Shoulders and tri's shortly.

Side note: Got my BW back the other day. All relatively normal for me. Actually made improvements in lipids. HDL up 8 points which is big for me and LDL down 20 some points as well. Total and Triglycerides are always just fine.

Damn!!! That's a big change in HDL and pretty dang good on LDL. What changes did you make, Kel.

I think I recall you adding in a supp, but I can't recall the name right now. Maybe something like AMLA, but that wasn't it?
