Off to do back and tri's. I'm finally feeling normal. Saturdays workout was kinda shitty but since I went lighter I didn't get shoulder pain.
Today I'm expecting to go balls out..... It's freezing fvcking cold so a good warm up will be on the agenda

Jesus, you're an inch and a bit shorter than me and over 10lbs lighter but look way heavier (in a good way). Curse my bones made from lead
I was growing a beard too. Shaved it today, bum fluff doesn't look good on a man. Plus everybody thought I was a geography teacher.

Aftershock by myogenix..... I found some in the cabinet so I'm finishing off the container. Had about 3/4 left. I actually like it..... It's also got 8g aminos, Creatine, glutamine, vitamins n minerals.

Looking great Fcastle and Tron.
Tonight for me was chest and cardio
And again in the aim of mixing it up I went with starting on diff exercises and in a different order.
Decline to start 3 light warms got the muscles going good and warm then two heavy sets into posi failure I did them quick so it was more like a one rest pause set. Then one hard drop set had a decent spotter as my reg gym partner was off on hols. By the end of this exercise my chest was humming it was crazy my whole body was buzzing
Then I moved onto flat bench same as above did this quite fast and failed on the proper number of reps and got a few forced reps outta it againdropped and pushed hard into pain was cool.
Then incline flies same as above
And then dips ala hazards rec

175 x8 working failure set. standing is not my cup of tea. I prefer seated. just mixed it up today

bent over lateral cable rows
1 set to failure
seat smith machine behind the necks
2 warmers
1 working failure with 185. couldn't finish it out behind the neck I was too shot so I went front position
35 minutes
felt small today. probably mental. im coming off so it will be get what I can get for a couple months
