It is good logic. I got chicken pox in my mid 20's. I had to be hospitalized. It can kill you if you get it as an adult. I have deep scars all over my body that will never go away too. I looked like a friggin lizard with all the scabs and lost nearly 50lbs. Not fun.

Very good news.
Don't be afraid to cut. I started this year at over 240lbs. I'm now at around 220lbs. By no means do I look at myself now and say I have not made any gains. As long as you continue to increase your working poundage and look better in the mirror, youre progressing.
Pics often don't show the definition you see with your eyes. Lighting and whatnot. Nobody in here is picking on you. Measurements? Huh? ;p who cares. I have never had a woman come up to me with a tape measure. I hope you haven't either unless you were on a stage or already already know her really well lol.

Chest and arms in about an hour. After seeing everyones pics and their works I have more motivation than ever. Im taking all of you to the gym with me in my mind and hope to use the support here to have a great HIT workout. I think Marcus would be proud of the support and good people that have been in the diary lately. Now its time to get ready to become a different personality. I will report back.

And he is.
It's pretty much the definition of leadership: The ability to motivate people to willingly achieve their goals and objectives. It's a great thing that this thread has taken on a life of it's own based solely on the quality of those that post. The KSA's passed on by the participants here is phenomenal and helps all involved, from those already well versed to those just beginning. This style training is not for everyone, but it is worth it for everyone to give it a chance and see if it works for them.
Marcus started something very unique here that has grown exponentially. Lets all keep it going!

Cant sleep so thinking about the pain that im going to inflict on myself tomorrow
Squats, hack squats, leg extensions, glute ham raise machine thingy, calf raises
1 working set on each with triple dropsets, going beyond failure..
Can't wait

I try and get the squat rack first before some ahole gets there and starts his bicep curls. Unless the ahole is already there then ill go do calves first... but yea I should do calves first.. they need to catch up..
I did a week of using the rest pause technique a while ago but it just wasn't the same as triple drop sets... felt kinda easy compared with drops... so now I basically just stick with drop setting...

All I mean is that if you get enough reps on your initial set, try the drop as you're then handling more weight (more weight=more tissue involved=more growth) over an extended period of time, then follow that with your drop. Just judge as you go, but either is effective.

YES! If need be. I never really know if I'm going to do a drop or RP until that set is done. Then I instantly make a decision based on my performance of that set and move to a drop or RP. If my reps were good then I'll do an RP. If I failed early a drop.
So an extended set for me may be:
Initial working set followed by RP then drop, etc. Or it could be initial then drop followed by RP. My point is to just make the decision as you go at to what to incorporate. If you're just doing drops for the sake of doing drops and getting way too many reps then you're defeating the purpose and not maximizing potential growth.
