Train your body and put it under tremendous overload so it has no alternative but to grow bigger and stronger, add in a few androgens and the right diet and you the right mix to build some serious tissue, wont take over night but get these principles right and you will see huge gains

Missed this earlier. It's been amazing what HIT, reading this thread with the wise words from marcus and the rest of you, and eating like crazy has done. Gotta find some old pics.

looks good FC. Tanning would help a lot with your lines and bring out more symmetry I think. Its good to hear you have your diet and training program in check. The diet is the hardest part to me. Im still getting better at it. I think with that in place you should add some lean mass. good work.

Since my absence I have still been training hard, its something what I do naturally and always to control my stress over the years. When I had my own business and had the stress of building this up training use to help me cope working 7 days per week and release the strains of my work life and its still does it to this day. When I am stress or under pressure training helps me de-stress and ive had some of the best workouts under stress. My mind control is second to none and can easily get into the zone what is needed to take my body past failure.

Ive been hitting really hard but my diet did suffer, I also took longer rest days sometime 4 days at a time but when I went to the gym I took myself to places no one would want to go . I will start posting some of my sessions again soon. My training as taken a slight change due to my cuff injury but other than that its business as usual. Ive been doing a lot of pre exhaust which has been great for increasing strength on my compound movements. Ive also been eating a lot recently my body just loves food and I find it hard to restrict cals, I don't want to be a skinny beach bodybuilder I want to be fuking huge, make heads turn and if that's your goal food is the key even when dieting, this is something what many don't understand and that's why loads of guys look skinny big year after year.

Train hard, train big, eat big and build the biggest body you can.

Very true. At 52, I could be sitting around like all the overweight guys around me, with their guts and man boobs gettin' bigger each day. But, I come here to get focused and pretend I can keep up with you guys. Might as well try...

I like it. Looks good. But IMO Your first working sets should be heavier if your getting 10. Use drop and rest pause.

    delts tonight.

needed an off day but im obsessed now.

    good workout.

warmed up with cables, sorta pre exhausted just a tad

    smith machine seated press
4 sets 2 working last with a drop set

the usual delt raises ...side , front, rear again. Hit the front sides on the cables to warm up to help with the front look. More of a full look needed front directly in front.

good workout. 35 minutes. not much rest.

wife is bitching atm...says I eat all the time....

    Love it.

Glad to hear your bloods came back neg for the bad stuff. Musta been a worry. On the plus side least you found out you got some "big healthy organs". And are now on the mend infection wise. Ref rotator cuff injury. I'll be watching ur routines closely again. Ur pre exhaust routines have helped turn my rotator injuries into a more effective routine. I think I just went too heavy. Too quickly. I'm on msm. Thinking about tb500 n ordered some pharm DMSO. Pure stuff that freezes at just below warm temperature. You ever use DMSO? If so how'd it help and how would u apply? how much/often would you suggest? Also if I were to go down the GH (pharm) route would that assist, or have a slight detrimental effect on joints/tendons etc?
    Thanks to anyone with advice.
And again glad ur well Marcus.

Chad I feel you on this. My wife is a bit better now but I used to (still do on occasion) catch so much grief about the amount of food I ate or the time spent in the gym

I adjusted and now typically go early or during the day when no one is around. On weekends I get up way before everyone else to eat and hit the gym so I don't interrupt family time.

This can be really frustrating. I'm not running around cheating on you, I don't do drugs, barely drink, my hobby revolves around health and fitness and still catch bs for it. Sheesh..

Just stick with it and find balance with family time and hopefully she will come around and ultimately understand your passion is a good one.

My wife used to resent me because I would spend so much time on training as opposed to on her. I found that when I pay more attention to her, she is more flexible and understanding.

God the ear burning I used to get from my ex. Tbh. I wasnt happy with her two choices. "my way or my way". Only stayed as long as I did for my daughter in the end. Gym was kinda my escape. But my new missus (just over year together now) she came in while I was fully gyming it. So I was basically. This is me. I do this. I do that. I'm not perfect but I will be one day(Lolz). But I'll never cheat, lie or disrespect you. N now (after the initial. "Its always gym this n gym that") she's great. Comes n spots me now. Reminds me of meals if I feel full or whateva. Doesn't mind bunging a shake together post workout to immediately fuel before eating for me. Actually pushes me into drop setted failure. N can get those begs in for me too. AND I love her to bits. Sry things are hard on you. Maybe just sit n talk. Tell her that is it really THAT bad?. I mean they get the good body. Better nooky. No drink/drugs/partying/cheating you know?. N I wasn't looking at the time we got together either. So I'm lucky in my relationship. But have been in ur shoes. Hope she eases off on you brutha.

force feeding has been my life lately. There's this pep ghrp-2 that supposed to make you hungry as hell that someone suggested a couple weeks ago. I read about it and am considering it. Need to do a bit more research but apparantly had very nice appetite increasing properties and Lion carries it.

Thought Ghrp-6 was best pep for hunger amongst other things. I hear is vit b12 meant to be good for hunger too.

Not sure about that.. I haven't doene enough research but from what I've read I see appetite increasing properties in the excerpts I've read about ghrp-2..

would be great if you're correct becuase ghrp-6 is less expensive.

Lol my wife took issue with it big time because she was insecure. I left her and started bouncing. My now gf walked in with her friends and said "I have to have that guy..... He's huge"

I'm not huge by bodybuilding standards but in her world..... I was Phil Heath lmao. She made small talk - I asked her for her number and we never looked back. even if we were out on the street she would tell me to maintain my gym membership. She would wake up early to cook me breakfast if I asked. We just had our first fight in two years and already everything is back to normal.

Best advice...let the wife do what the wife wants to do. Just ignore it. Follow your dream whatever it is. Mine is just making it to the stage one day.

Focus on diet and training, im not saying leave your family behind for bodybuilding...just don't let the little things get to you. It will work itself out.

Got a 3 tilapia filets here and 3/4 cup rice. gonna be awhile eating this as its my 5 th meal thus far. By the time I eat one...an hour later im prepping the next one...and the cycle continues..ahaha

Suspicious? About what? Because you don't want to get old and fat like most people do? Can't help getting older but we don't have to look like shit on the way start taking her to the gym. Make her get the bb bug.

Side note: I eat so much I don't even bother leaving the bathroom anymore.

My dream is to live happily ever after with my wife but I'm a realist. No way I tell her what I do twice a year for 12 or15 weeks. One day she's cool next day John q lawyer has some ammo. It's just that I've never tanned before. She's a smart lady. She knows something's up she just doesn't know everything.
