Thanks man yeah I need to figure out what's going on. I think I'm going to stop this gh.. or whatever the hell it is.. Also, will increase cardio a bit to see if that helps. Isn't it weird though that BP is fine when still and jumps up that much just walking up stairs?

When one has high BP, isn't it high just sitting still?

Mine was high sitting still when I got some bad gear. 170's, I know guys on here that's been over 200 on tren before.

Not for me, bad batch of test cyp. Omega gear.

No idea. Listen to your body. Just sounds like a lot hgh,Tren ,test, an oral. Are you getting bloods done?

I did not get bloods done before this cycle.. Felt absolutely great, sex drive was solid.. I'm not running high doses either.. 300mg TestE, 400mg/tren , 4iu/ed hgh, 50mg TNE pre workout (most days). I'm hoping its just lack of enough cardio and sudden weight gain, but I have to be cautious and, tbh, I'm not having fun with this ghg. The sides are extremely painful.

I'm no expert but its gotta be rough on the ole body getting that big that fast. Your looking good Igi. I just know if it was me and I was having painful sides its time to reevaluate like you are doing. Your doing awesome just hate to see you have to put the whole cycle on hold or end it. How many weeks are left?

I only trained 3 days out of the past week. I've been in a funk. Took last night off. Too late anyways I just got back from the gym and I feel great. I actually like the way I look better when I'm off. I look leaner. I'm starting to feel normal again finally too. Not all lethargic and drained.

Did chest and bi's as requested.lol.

Smith incline press. I'm doing 3 plates relatively easily now whereas it was my 3-4 rep 'heavy' weight a few months ago. Good sign.
    Feeler and warm up
    1x7.5 @3
Drop 20lbs per side, 3 more. Failed on 4th.
Did about 10 half reps to exhaust it. I screamed as I was by myself. I don't usually do that but **** it hurt

    Incline flyes
    Feeler x5
1x12 60's. Misjudged. Took a long rest. Grabbed the 80's. Wth why not?
    1x6, rp then 4 more.
I've always been strong on pulling movements like this with chest. Surprised myself. I could have probably done 90's if not for.that 1st set. Weird how that works. I can't even flat bench 315 but I can fly 90's and press 125's.

Exhausted on the cybex incline fly machine. IDK how many reps. It was 1 massive dropset til I couldn't move 5050lbs on the stack.

    Preacher curls
I do these with 10lb plates and strip one off each side at failure of last until there's only 2 on each side. Starting with 5 tonight.
    1x5 @5, x6@4, x4@3, 7@2.
Kind of a lot of total reps for HIT style but these have always made my biceps scream and grow so this is how I've done preachers for a long time. They feel like they will detach from the bone when I get done. Love it.

    Incline DB curls
    1x6 35's feeler
    1x6 40's
Strict.form. No body motion. Only elbow hinge.

Cable curls, 1 hand to exhaust.

I did 1 heavy set of curly pushdowns to balance the bi pump. Feels weird if I don't.

    35 min. ~

I'm not trying to tell you what to do as I'm sure everyone in this thread has a handle on what there doing but with bp like that it's reconsider the wisdom of adding an oral. I would actually be dropping something from it probably. It looks and sounds like you've grown a lot already. Is the tbol necessary this run?

Real nice the last few times I've gone. I'm still lifting the weights I was lifting mid cycle and my drive to train is coming back. I'm feeling human again finally . I have noticed I'm not doing as much total work but that was expected. I thought I'd lose some strength but that hasn't happened.

That's awesome. Especially the feeling human part. Coming off is a mind fvck. Part of the game.

I was a fat fvck this time last year. Doc had me on 5 meds. He's taken me off all but prilosec for heartburn and a low dose of toprol for hbp. He hopes to take me off that eventually too. Point is that coming off drugs has been standard procedure for me this year. I'm good at it now. Lol.

You want to get a serious mind job, take effexor for a year and try to go off it. Nothing I've ever had to go through with was ever that hard.

No, I am talking about stupid diets, sticking with certain training routines when I knew I should of changed them around and staying on cycle too long just the usual newbie mistakes everyone makes.

It will be the generic gh your taking, did the same thing is me and many of my mates. They put in it some kind of anti-diuretic hormone what will mimic gh sides ie CTS but what else it does is increase the bp to dangerous levels if you stay on it. I think we have spoke about this via pm and I mentioned watch your bp its a good indicator your gh is shit and imho toss it in the bin and watch your bp come down

I'm not marcus but I do both depending on how current weight and fatigue level feels. Sometimes a drop in weight feels necessary to get another rep out. Other times I feel a little rest will be enough to get one more at the current weight. Sometimes I do both in the same set.

I get you man...... Sometime I will do this. Etc,,, dumbbell incline press 80ss for 7 reps rest 10secs 2 reps. (Feel I can't have a good reps with the same weight ) 1 drop hit 2-3 reps,

Its what ever your body prefers, some body parts I love drops but on other RP works better for me. One of my favourite is forced and negatives but you need a partner who knows what he is doing but these for me really stimulate those tough fibers. Your better mixing it all up some days go with RP the next hit drops ect. One thing is for sure they all dig deep into those type 2b fast twitch muscle fibers which are the ones we are after stimulating the most and also those only come activated in this last couple of reps at failure so bring your body to this level and your on a winner anyway.

"ok I look awesome. I'm perfect. Don't need to improve anymore" Should never come out of any of us. If it ever does, worry!

I train calves 2x weekly too. There liking it. I've seen huge improvement since I started doing that.

9 months ago I start this type of training. I have see the result more than what I did in 2 years ago. ( I used to train with high volume, and know I don't see a point to doing that anymore) lol. And thanks to your Marcus, you have give me lots of good advice. Marcus, Dorian and Mize inspired me the most.

Not necessarily. Try Marcus' suggestion. Also, do some reading on an herb called uva ursi.
I was able to drop a presciption diuretic and use this instead. Not saying it will cure what ails you, but I would give it a little research.

How many weeks are left?
Several. 4 down and 8 to go.

Thats why I love you guys haha.. fvcking voices of reason dammit.. probably not necessary. ok, no not necessary. If I can't get this BP down then the tbol will not happen.. hell, If I can't get it down then I may need to reevaluate everything.

I see - One thing I've never done is stay on too long. Stupid diets, absolutely definitely eating big and clean on this one.

I think we have spoke about this via pm and I mentioned watch your bp its a good indicator your gh is shit and imho toss it in the bin and watch your bp come down
We did speak about it and, if you recall, I said my BP was fine.. .and it was, and then 'boom', I'm getting winded and BP is higher than normal from simple stair climbing.. this is just over the past 2 days. Man, that's disappionting... this sh*t is garbage and I'm done with it.. hands are swollen and can't even hold a damn pen.

thanks ag.. definitely will do. appreciate it.

Also, rolled out of bed this morning and BP was 146/77.. I think way too high for just rolling our of bed.

Thx. I appreciate it. You and I are probably close to the same weight and you look so much bigger than me. You're just thick and dense. Ahhh. Keep on keeping on.
