That was 30 mins...didnt have time for shrugs. Took a few pics but was all jacked up...hands were shaking too much. These are the only two that are remotely visable lol.

The way you are training now is exactly the way I trained. I switched to this style and have experienced new growth. It has got me all fired up about lifting again. Thanks for the info Marcus. The idea of shorter cycles incorporated with the pre-cycle prime makes so much sense to me. Seems like a person should be able to add muscle with little fat gain while on cycle then carb- cycle the excess fat off before the next cycle. This way you don't get the big up and downs in bodyfat.
Damn impressive pics being posted up. Everyone looks really full. I'm counting the days myself untill I can go hardcore again on cycle. Deloading at the moment and pct week four. I've only trained twice this week so far so I'm due for sat and sunday.
