No shit? Charges for it? Not sure how I feel about that. if I was a celebrity my view might be different but that just seems wrong. Without fans one cannot be a celebrity.

That's Lou. If he's at a show or expo and a dad walks up with his son and says mind if we get a picture , Lou says sure $75. The kid looks at him the dad looks at him and Lou explains how it's a business. Only pro to ever do this. That's just wrong.

Good sore this week only back into it. In the new year I'll post my progression pics from when I started properly. It's hard to see the difference as I've always been big but I know the changes muself

Cool deal. When it comes down to it if youre happy with the results of your labor that's all that really matters. It's nice when someone says you look good or asks if you've been working out, lost weight, etc. but were or hardest critics and I don't think we really do this for other people.

That's absurd. I wonder if anyone actually pays him. I'd tell my kid 'he's an asshole, we don't want a signed picture of an asshole do we?' But the kid idolizes the guy. Hard lesson.

I look like a powerlifter, not a bodybuilder. Time to lean up. After the holiday I'm going to stop eating like a horse and focus on leaning out instead of pure size. I'm back up to near 230, 228.6 to be exact but I'm afraid that's post cycle fat gain, not muscle. Arms and legs are looking leaner/larger than ever but my torso is fatter than it was a month ago.

On a better note - I hit a new working set max on chest for presses. 325 x 3. the last one was a 3/4 rep though I don't care. I was happy.

    Chest / Calves

    Hammer Incline
    warm up , etc.
    2 feelers
    3 @ 325, RP, couldn't do another. Dropped instead.
    3 @ 275, RP, 1 more, RP, 1 more, RP no more!
    3.5 @ 225, RP 2 more
    10 @ 185
25 @ 135 the last 5 were very slow going but I made it.
Chest is on fire. Deviating a bit from HIT in that my final 2 "sets" were burn outs which I have been doing for a few weeks on everything. I am sweating so profusely I look like I just got out of the shower. Even my hair is soaked. Nasty. Now that I'm not on tren I have much more endurance and breathing isn't so difficult.
I said "sets" in quotes because this was one giant set. No rest from start to finish except to pull of weight.

    Incline DB Flyes
    1 feeler, 6 @ 75
    4 @ 85
Failed @ 90. This was my working weight last time, but I didn't burn my chest like that with my first exercise last time. not worried about it.
Shaking a lot, no spotter, done here.

    Machine Flyes, flat, no angle
No feeler set, just got to it, as this is a just long dropset to completely fatigue the pecs, not a mass builder. Weights not listed don't know what they are. Pin plates.
1 x 10, drop, 1 x (n) to failure, drop, 1 x (n) to failure, repeat until I have only 2 plates pinned and can barely move my arms, dropping the weight and going to failure with it.

    Calves
Donkey Calf Raise (I do these on the leg press, using the foot stop as a back plate. I'm not sure if they could truly be identified as donkey raises but IDK what else to call it)
10 @ 10 plates, RP, repeat to failure, no drop, just repeat RP until I can't do one more.

    Seated Calf Raises
    12 @ 4 plates, RP, repeated until I can't do one more.
    Drop to 3 plates
    10 @ 3 plates, RP, repeated until I can't do one more.
    Drop to 2 plates
    25 @ 2, drop to 1 plate, 25 @ 1

Calves are screaming. I think they see mouths on them! and teeth. I can feel their teeth.....

Waddled out to the water fountain and then home to feed.

Since we all have been posting progress lately, here is mine.
In case some of you don't know, I was close to 250lbs and at least 35%bf in Dec. 2012. I am being generous. I was probably close to 40%. I had not been to a gym in close to 10 years. When I stopped going to the gym around '03 I was at around 205lbs and 13-14%bf and had been training for about 12 years. I had ab outlines at that time, enough so that I could see that I am one of those people that has 8 ab sections. but I have never had a washboard. I will by this time next year (goal). The training and diet principles that I have gotten from this thread and others from this forum have gotten me here. I had a lot of old school experience but honestly I had forgotten much of it. It all came back to my mind over the past year. If you don't use it, you lose it. Physically and mentally. Proof!

    December 27, 2012
Weight 245 - 250 depending on what hour of the day it was. BF probably 35-40%?
Arms were around 15.5". Legs. . 22.5 or 23" I think. Calves were 15". Chest was 45". Waist was 44". Grotesque lol. Leave it at that

weight was around 220lbs I don't remember exactly. I looked better here than I do now IMO but I was 3 days from my last shot, at the end of a massive cycle. I am not on anything now.
    <img src="http://forums.steroid.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=146442"/>

Arms have gone from 15.5" to 17.25" when cold. I measured them tonight in the gym while training and they are nearly 18" when pumped and I wasn't working arms directly. That's mostly triceps mass as I have been working them very hard this year. Even before I stopped training in '03, my triceps lacked balance.

Good luck in reaching you're goal Java! Remember to set smaller goals and achieve those one by one and before you know it you will have met your final goal! Enjoy the process . It sucks loosing the body you once had. I honestly thought I'd never be in shape again at this age. It was more of a mentality problem for me. You've got you're head in the right place now and with the knowledge you have gained your body will follow.

Can't keep up no more in here. I about a month I plan on running the following

    1-12 test 1200mg
    1-12 decca 600mg
    4-9 dbol at 50mg
    1-12 anastrozol .5eod or more
    1-12 hcg 500iu
T3 and igf1lr3 also probably in the mix depending on circumstances

May have to or may not adjust dosages. Will be using new gear this time. Some of you already know I plan on doing a show next year so I know this might appear over the top bit I'm chasing my dream. Well see how it goes
I plan on eating better and bigger than I ever have and training to the absolute limits.

Plannning on back workout tonight and quads tommorow. Even off gear wheels are improving but I'm not training no where near enough. I may or may not post workout tonight depends on feel. Stay hungry guys.

Just had best chest workout ever. I think I'm getting this finally. After first working set I could of called it a day. I swear I could feel the muscle fibers tearing. Of course I did not call it a day continued 3 more exercises to complete the total annihilation of my chest.

I hope so. Doing higher volume training I really was not getting sore anymore. Hoping this HIT style gets me going again.

Do you train alone? Ive recently got a training partner so now i can do forced and negatives. I love them there mh favorite by far the feeling i get from the negative is like nothing else and the soreness the next few days is unreal.

It's another level for me to when I implement forced and negs. Extreme stimulation and I love them. Very tasking though mentally

I have a training partner but he works for the fire dept and he is rarely there. I've trained for years alone and have learned ways to push beyond the limits. I use dumbbells a lot and also like the plate loaded hammer strength machines since you can go to failure and just drop down when you can't hold it anymore. I also use the smith rack for some movements. Incorporate RP or drop sets or both. It would be nice to have a training partner and do some forced reps and negatives but it's hard to find someone same level or close, same schedule, and same desire.

Sounds like me. I trained alone for years and liked it that way until i switched to hit training then i really needed a partner for the mental side of it.

Marcus I plan on starting the first of the new year in January. I will have been off for a total of 10 weeks by then. I got BW last time 10 weeks out and my test had recovered. I feel as if it is ok. I know its not time on +pct but I don't think I can wait it out that long really. Will be ok with 10 weeks?

Does that mean with pct you would of been off for 6 wks seeing that you did a 4 wk pct.

Shoulders tonight. Was wrecked today , stressful week in work due to being off so wasn't really feeling it. But went down anyway was glad I went down.

Started with seated db shoulder press 2 warms up then went into heavy sets of two sets of 4 reps and one dropset. I managed 110 lb db pressing which I honestly thought I wouldn't manage but was stronger than I felt like was great my shoulders were pumping and I was getting into the groove.

Then I went into bb plate shrugs I love these did 2 sets of 6 slow and controlled really feeling the muscle peak and contract loved it.

Then onto one heavy set of a struggling super set of 12 reps of front and side raises love these as a super as they ruin you if you push through the pain did one drop on each too. Was really feeling it by now.

Then bb shrugs nothing crazy heavy but contracted them out feeling the muscle area I wanted to attack

20 mins cross trainer cardio and I felt great from tonight session loved it

Very nice kronik I like the weight and rep range. How are you liking this style, are you seeing/feeling progress yet?

weights going up on every exercise, can't wait for Monday, already itching for the next workout lol..

this is the first week that i have gotten the reps in the 6-12 range, before that some of my working sets would have been 20+ reps.. this style of training is hard to get your head around it at first.. but i think i got the hang of it now, all i have to do now is get my rest periods shorter..

going to be training HIT for another 6 or so weeks, then taking 2 weeks off (in Thailand ), then probably switch to some sort of 5x5 strength routine for a while...and start another cycle March-April.... hopefully everything goes according to plan..

Interested in hearing more on that routine. Thailand sounds like fun man. Hope you come back with some good stories.
