If you start at the first page of the thread and I know its got plenty of posts but they are mainly knowledge based and very informative, you will get a explanation and everything and you will understand more as the thread develops. Many questions were asked in the early days and you will benefit from these so my advice would be start at the beginning. Best if luck and welcome to new growth

    Legs this morning

    Leg extension
3 warm up sets high range reps
1 working set to failure plus 3 rest pause

    Hack squat
    2 feel sets
    1 working set + 2 rest pause

    V stand hammer squat
3 sets to failure went heavy couldn't do any rest pause my lunges were failing and my throat opened up twice to throw up and felt I couldn't get enough oxygen in my system

    Lunges
    3 working sets to failure

    lying leg curls
    2 feel sets
    1 working set + 2 drops

    seated calf raises
    2 feel sets
    1 working set + 2 rp

    standing calf raises
3 working set of high reps

    abs
    crunches

Couldn't get my breath during this work out, haven't done cardio for a few weeks which is effecting my leg workouts. Close to throwing up and I looked really white during the leg routine lol.
Went to the supermarket on the way home and I fell asleep in the carpark for 10 mins, I was totally wiped out and I needed a nap my body was breaking down. Good workout and legs feel like jelly

Welcome! Hang out and read the thread and you have a better understanding of how these training techniques are taking to a more advanced level. We would also love to see some of your workouts as well so please feel free post them up!

No not at all, I wasn't fit enough due to stopping cardio a few weeks ago. At my weight you soon get out of breath and I could really feel it doing legs due to how far I was pushing my body..Its all good

Blew the fvck out of shoulders this morning.

    **Marcus's HIT Dungeon**-image.jpg

I came up with this this morning. I've never done it or heard of it.

Stand at the smith machine with your feet slightly under bar. Grasp bar slightly less than shoulder width apart. Lean back extending arms fully with weight on heels. Raise the bar to shoulder height and down with your weight pulling on the bar. It fried my front delts. Anyone ever do this?

I've nearly done a month on my 3 month medication for my infection and things feel great. Previous to my health issues I was priming and going to spring into a cycle i extended my prime and i was in a great position to really take serious advantage of the window I opened up for the cycle but things got a bit tough for me due to my health issues and things went out of the window. I am not going to run a high cycle again, its over for me doing heavy cycling.

I know what i would have to do to build new tissue at my size and I am not going to go to these levels again. I've made my decision and what I am going to do is run some deca or npp to help relieve my joints and all my aches and I will add to my TRT dose something around 500-750mg and maybe add a small amount of var in places. Hopefully i will make small changes and maintain my size and shape. Not looking at adding any serious size and i should be starting in the next couple of weeks.

Glad to hear things are going well and your plan sounds good, reasonable and in the best interest of your long term health. Just know that when we younger guys are in the gym (yes, at 36 I'm still considering myself one of the younglings ), its you we hear screaming at us like Yate's trainer.

    You're a fvcking legend man.

As long as the knee isn't pushing out over the foot. No need for it. Just find what's comfortable for you.

A fvck owes me almost $20 k in back rent. Thought about beating him close to death. But I can't do the time. He started carrying a pistol because he's afraid if me. But hell I carry one too. He moved out overnight and the eviction court date is today. That has been occupying damn near all my time. Low life son of a b!tch. I've bent over backward helping him over the last year. And this is my payment. Men honor your commitments. Easy rule of life. Sorry rant done.

Don't do anything stupid and especially if it will take away your freedom, its not worth it. Go down the legal way as far as you possibly can and if you still turn up at a dead end move on and don't let the anger drain the life out of you, let it go and move on. Oh by the way use this current anger you have in the gym

Exactly. I'm too damn old and have way way too much to lose at this stage of my life. Once I can get over the exhaustion of the anger ( sleepless, running back and forth to lawyer, building, home and work) I will use it in the gym. I will have a judgement today, but you can't get blood from a stone. But it will follow him where ever he goes. Thanks for the words.

Exactly, go the legal way mate and move on and don't let it brake you. Use it in the gym if it angers you that much

Had a nice long holiday and then honestly trying not to go to jail.
I know of some alligators that are prob pretty hungry, no evidence!

This is a tribute to KelKel. I do not have your calf yet Kel but getting there, no cycle yet but loving HIT. Destroyed Legs today, couldn't eat afterwards.

Ah, nice! Calves are a tough muscle to build, or so it seems. Not bad bigg, not bad at all. Keep doing what you're doing. Remember to train them first in your workout if they are a priority, never last.
