Nice find - are you going to wear it when training or just around the house?

Remember back in 08 (I think) when I herniated a disk in my back. After it healed, I had sciatica for months - drove me up the damn wall. Toes would always get numb and the pain up the back of my leg was tortureous.
I started doing stretches every day, a couple times a day and eventually it went away completely. If you cross one foot in back of the other and do bent over 'ham' stretches, this is the stretch that I believe helped it the most.
Do you do any stretches or anything?

I should go as well to get aligned. I bet I wouldn't feel so stiff and may be able to wash my face properly in the shower lol.

Lmao. I never really think about it, just on occasion. This statement would shock normal people not of our world but I down the same list basically, every day. Add 2 multis, 3 vit D3, a handfull of P.A. (b5-acne), 3 zinc, magnesium/calcium, handful of taurine, and my bp med. The only prescribed pill in there lmao. We're a different breed for sure.
