Nice find - are you going to wear it when training or just around the house?

I pounded out at least 3 or 4 more full reps then handed them some half reps until I thought the tendons would strip from the bones. I repeated that same mindset in the following few days with everything else. I did 4 days in a row that way and my whole body feels sore everywhere. Its probably getting harder to hit failure as conditioning improves but this was more than a small change. Its like I redefined failure again for myself.

I haven't felt this sore in a long time. Taking a few days off to repair but I think I made some kind of breakthrough on a mental level. Like a plateau of the mind. Lol. I'll find out I guess since if that's true, I should see some growth happening quickly again. I've been stuck at 225-230 for months.
    Failure redefined.. Love it!

Remember back in 08 (I think) when I herniated a disk in my back. After it healed, I had sciatica for months - drove me up the damn wall. Toes would always get numb and the pain up the back of my leg was tortureous.

I started doing stretches every day, a couple times a day and eventually it went away completely. If you cross one foot in back of the other and do bent over 'ham' stretches, this is the stretch that I believe helped it the most.

Do you do any stretches or anything?

Nope lol - I know I should tho. The gf won't let me stretch till the chiro confirms its not something to do with a disc.

What feels good is when she uses her knuckles to put pressure on my sciatic. The pressure hurts like a fvck but afterwards I feel great.

Omg it's comedy if I forget the back scrubber. Tbh, my back doesn't get soaped. Been having trouble reaching around and even up to my face lately which is ridiculous. I think a good massage or a chiro visit would do some good.

Lmao. I never really think about it, just on occasion. This statement would shock normal people not of our world but I down the same list basically, every day. Add 2 multis, 3 vit D3, a handfull of P.A. (b5-acne), 3 zinc, magnesium/calcium, handful of taurine, and my bp med. The only prescribed pill in there lmao. We're a different breed for sure.

Truth. The morning has it's own blend as well.. This was the night time blend lol.

Add multis, vit c, glutamine (that's throughout the day), taurine.. Ummm. I think that's it.

Reminds if that scene in Forrest Gump when they're talking about shrimp.

Lol. Bodybuilder problems. I've been using one of those carpeted cat trees for my back. My cats get terrified, like they just realized I may actually just be a giant cat and wonder if they are in mortal danger.
