Ok. The GH angle is that it increases the size of smooth muscle so intestinal walls, organs, etc. get thicker, causing the distended belly look.. As far as I know that is irreversible. I haven't seen evidence that anabolic /androgenic agents do that. As for the abdominal walls/stretched fascia, I can tell you from my own experience that you can absolutely control that. If you stop eating the volume of food it takes to hold several lbs of processing waste in your digestive tract it will go down to normal. The fascia can be tightened again. I was fat last year and had lost much of the strength in my abdominals that I had on my 20's and early 30's. I stopped training after being a bodybuilder for 12 years. I didn't train for amost 10 years. When I started training again, I regained that control over my gut over the past year, even while eating 4500-5500 calories daily. I've also watched competitive females go through pregnancies and have their stage abs back within a few months after giving birth. Friends of mine, not on tv or youtube.
You have to eat big to grow, and its not selective to specific parts of the body.

Hmmm, not really. It's moving about a bit. I can't really pinpoint it tbh. There is less pain now then there was when I try and pinpoint which muscle and the sharp pain has gone and it's more dull. It'll be ANOTHER 7 days before I attempt a back session though. Delts may be interesting on Tuesday though.

I plan on getting mine to 20 pumped by the end of April. I may not r each 20 but im willing to bet I hit 19.5. my arms grow like weeds.
I nevet even thought about stretching my stomach to try and get big arms to be honest.if I eat 2000 cals over maintenance id just be fat, which I ccouldn't eat that much more clean whole foods.anyway would be too much to ingest lol. interesting point of view though..
hey man as far as shirts go I LOVE the glued on look. 21's would be sweet, I have no problem gettin in a large right now and they are around 18 give or take. the shirts are fun to me wearing them tight, I always get complimented at least once a week by a total stranger. itts a great feeling id love to turn heads all day long though like big Marcus does.

Marcus, someone needs to take the christmas food, like the 1kg italian pandoro, out of my house. I've gained only a pound, which is a miracle, given all the food around this time of year.
I saw your Dorian Yates videos in another thread, and had a long, deciding that I needed to add some weights to my routine, and I whilst I already do wind sprints/HIIT in my cardio, I was curious about the lifting to failure stuff that you mention, and the Dorian Yates stuff. I'm only doing it a couple of times a week, but I wonder whether you know whether there is anything additional to take into account as a woman doing this.
Hope that's not a stupid question - I've worked with weights in the past, but I guess because I am fairly tall, and strong for a woman, I was able to lift a decent amount without too much critical thinking about what I was doing. I'd like to work smarter now.

Sorry, that second sentence should be that I saw the videos and decided that I needed to add some weights. I'm unable to edit posts for some reason.

Slowly add resistance to your workouts and you will lose bf and increase tissue, HIT training is good for males and females just don't jump to much at once and learn to train to failure or at least push your body as far as your can so it has no alternative but to grow.

people are being trolls trying to have a dig, i was TRYING to point out when bringing up weak body parts and increase of calories is added to make up for the extra training involved. not the specific feeding to the arms will stretch stomach fascia. AND in my own opinion alot of times its not worth it.

Hey Marcus just reading through that routine of yours posted on the last page. Do you always do deadlifts last when doing back? Also i see you said no drops on dead's, i'm assuming to avoid injury yeah?

Probably will do back today. I've got someone staying at my house that gets on my nerves if I'm around him too much so I'll probably be spending a lot of time in the gym over the next few days.

I've not been able to stick to my lift schedule last week due to work, but am really looking forward to making up for it this coming week. Should be able to hit cardio, lift, eat, and sleep at any time of day/night that I desire. (This is about the 22nd day in a row working; some of them 10+ hours... think I'm getting a tad stale).
