    Don't get me started...
    When I do bw, I get it mailed to me. My doc has his nurse call and she always says, "everything looks good". So, on my bw paper. My hct is bolded as high and nothing is said to me? Idiots. So, I just went and did it.

    Shoulders today. Punished myself.

    DB presses: pre exhaust, feel set, heavy 275, parallel reps, which felt very good as opposed to going deep. Got out of presses with next to no cuff pain.

    Side lateral raises started light very slow and controlled reps big squeeze up top. Went heavy for 6 and then drop set moderate weight slow reps 6 more.

    Rear delt bent over DB heavy - felt good

    Traps movements, 30 mins cardio

    3,943 calories today and I'm not done yet.. fat intake was a little too high for the day so I need to adjust that a little bit, but I haven't counted forever. Marcus's post this morning got me thinking I needed to place some focus on it.

    I'm way above TDEE which is 2,715. Need to adjust a little, but pretty good I think.

    Edit: made it to 4,343 with a double protein shake... I think I'm done for the day.. lol.

    This is something I'm working on myself, Igi. I'm going to attempt to keep a food log going and see how the cardio on is affecting me and adjust from there.

    What's everyone training today?

    Back and Bi's for me. Kind of dreading it, but will give it my all, as usual. Going with a friend that so that usually helps. She trains just as hard and is very motivating. Wish I could always train with her.

    I purchased some digestive enzymes today to help with this 'full' feeling I seem to be carrying around. Does anyone have any experience with these? It doesn't seem as though that the breakdown of foods from the enzymes sacrifice any of the nutrition.

    I've used ginger root in the past, but I heard digestive enzymes are more effective and will aid in throwing down the amount of calories needed for growth.

    Excellent igi, I use to use Udo's DE when I was bulking and they worked great, infact I miss them and might just check my sup site out to see if they have any because I think I may try and add some size soon

    Had an excellent shoulder workout today, channelled a lot of aggression and really dug deep into my fibers. Very sore and feel a little worn out but not training for 2 days now so its eat and eat and recover for me

    GBrice uses them mate. Daily, for a long time, I believe.

    I take a pro-biotic (don't know if that's the same thing) and it doesn't help. The only time I don't feel pregnant is before breakfast.

    As long as it doesn't hurt yes. Although I think she said to just go through the motions for a couple of weeks which is a bit different. Shoulder press was a no go at about 70% of my usual weight

    Full rep. I lower the bar so it's between my chin and upper chest. It was the press from the lower position that I couldn't do without discomfort but lowering it was fine.

    If I only drop the bar to eye level I feel minimal stimulation in the delts. And my delts are shit enough as it is!

    It's better than it was last week, just need to manage it

    Right.. I hear you on the minimal stim from partials, although I've been finding myself doing them on presses to spare some of the cuff pain.

    Hopefully it will continue to get better week by week.
