Chest and tris today.. or I should say tris and chest
Did tris first and ho-lee-chit.. had to really leave the ego at the door with chest.
Tris; skull crushers - warm up, working, heavy set, slow negatives and bursts on the positive reps
Weighted dips, heavy, really felt it on the outside tricep, slow reps held at the top
Seated db overhead presses, and rope pulldowns
Chest: Preexhaust with 60 push ups. DB incline presses.. warm up, feel set, heavy - grabbed the 120s, 3 reps and.. failure.
Decline.. feel and then heavy.. same thing, much harder from tris first. Made me really focus on form and squeezing at the top.. hurt and felt really good.
Flat bench flys.. feel then heavy with 80s.. 4 good reps and then drop set with 70s.. 5 reps, and then RP, 3 more for 12.
Finished with another 60 push ups but only could do 20 at a time.
No cardio again - and ate 3 salmon rolls, a large steak and cheese sub, and right now I'm eating a grilled cheese sandwich and will have a shake before bed.Last edited by Igifuno; 01-09-2014 at 09:40 PM.

Looks delicious lol. I'll try it. I ate two double cheeseburgers with fries and a protein drink in milk for lunch today. That was just lunch. Probably close to 2,200 calories. I guarantee I won't weigh more tomorrow. By the time I go to bed tonight I'll have eaten nearly 6500 and the rest aren't as dirty as that lunch was. That's a typical day. If I don't find a way to eat more than 7k cal I won't get any bigger. The past 4 months have proven that.

Yes, but I'm not consistent. Some days I just don't have time but if I look at weekly calories I'd bet it still averages 5500/day. If that's what it takes and I have to eat 6-7k per day I honestly don't know if I can afford to be over 230lbs all the time. I'm kind of in a bad mood right now though lol. Kind of that 'fvck this' attitude. I'll be ok after I eat dinner.

4000 cals for me, all clean, is damn near impossible unless I throw shakes in. I consider that cheating, but theres no other way. thats 3lbs chicken ,pot full of rice a day. can be done but damn its difficult for the workin man.

Bad day but I'm ok now just ate a massive bowl of beef stew with a few pieces of bread and threw another 2.5lb roast in the crock pot.
Haz, how long did it take you to go from 230 to 260? Maybe my calories aren't as clean as I think. I count in my head as I eat but I haven't been paying a lot of conscious attention to food quality lately. Something is definitely wrong. I guess I'll start.paying closer attention, maybe write down my cal, p, f, carb contents for a typical week or two and take a hard detailed look at it.

Yeah it is. I'm so tired of chicken though and I just don't have the time to get creative with cooking it. How can you eat 3lbs chicken every day without puking every time you look at a piece of chicken at some point? That's what happened to me eventually. I've been eating a ton of beef and still some chicken but mostly beef. Bad idea?

Yes AD there is a difference in your bf and also delts and back, an overall difference really which is good. If you asked me which area you should work or concentrate on to make yourself look completely different is your back thickness. Your width is fine and flows but if you pencil in some more thickness it will create an illusion and give your overall appearance more depth and thickness. Your over all shape is great and well done you look really good just now look at areas what will thicken you up which will make you look like a super mutant. Hit back thickness hard for 2-4 months or at least start with thickness movements first and really put some stress on this and you will never look back.
