    delts and triceps this morning. Pretty much followed the blood and guts video. Used drop sets to go past failure since I didn't have a spotter. Bringing the intensity back after the injury. Should be near 100% next week.

    I injured myself doing back a few weeks ago, so I'm going to change things up a bit tomorrow:
    warmup
    wide-grip lat pull
    strait arm pulldown
    t-bar row
    wide-grip cable row
    1/2 deadlift (down to knees)
    shrugs
    *one feel set + one working set on each

    any thoughts?

    I'd lose one exercise. Five is a lot. Other than that, look good imho.

    Was an intense workout tbh, heavy hard and fast. Did cardio at the end.

    Did shoulder db presses
    Arnie presses
    Side db raises
    Front raises
    Then bb shrugs was great

    DCI me Irish cousin.. Training needs improvement right now. Work has had me by the balls for a few weeks. I actually had a great interview yesterday. It went very well and it's with a very good company.     That's what I thought you had said before. I hope to come in as close to 154 as possible without being over. At 5'5 I should be in good shape as long as I'm the shortest one if I nail my conditioning. I'm gonna have to post some better shots in here to get some good critique on what I need to focus on. This local show just happens to be a national qualifier. A long shot, but it's nice to have ambition in life.

    Switched to arms today instead. Too weak for a chest day. Fukin killed em to. 4 exercises bout 15 sets. Pumped as hell. In and out 45 mins.

    Hmm, the only time I really experienced worse then usual heartburn was with 'drol. For me, my main contributor is I eat too dang quick.

    I know a lot of guys get it here. For me its a mixture of everything. Especially research chems....from thw ai to the cialis. And when taking orals.

    I travel with tums constantly. In the car..next to the bed...office at work. Never more thwn 10 ft away lol

    Doc told me to change my diet and supplementing. ...so no help there lol

    I never get heart burn but when I ran tren I got it every time I ate. I was also running prami with it which I had never ran. As soon as I dropped those the heart burn went away. Im running deca and test now but no prami and no heart burn. I suspect it was the tren and not the prami but who knows. I also run cialis and adex.

    Generic prilosec is the ticket for heartburn. Trust me, I have Barretts Syndrome which is a damaged esophagus.
    Another trick is to prop the head of your bed up a few inches. That little bit helps keep stomach acids where they should be and not doing damage over-night and every night.

    Gonna look into prilosec...the bed issue only helps at night. I constantly have it throughout thw day
