Marcus, you mentioned dealing with lowT, loss of muscle, and the depression that seems to accompany these. How long did it take you to recover a.good amount of muscle? Did you have a certain mental approach to cope with all of this?
    Many thanks, Marcus.

Looking forward to your "waffling" ....and the DY video, just insane....the cuts, peaks, and striations just put him in a class of his own, IMO...looks like he was carved from stone!

Yes. Inquiring minds want to know. Not to pry into your business, but I'd also like to know how many years ago this was. You say you looked like a "normal" person back then. I'm having a hard time believing this So please waffle on about how you went from normal to monster...

I will type it up for you in a few hours when I have time Your right I wasn't completely normal but in my eyes I was and I did lose a hell of a lot of weight/size due to low T and all the shit was comes with it but I will try my best to explain how I felt, what I went through and how I changed things around from having low T to getting treatment and regaining what I lost mentally aswell as physically

Every lb of tissue I've gone to hell for I want to keep. I won't waste it away and that's what many do just build it and waste it away.
You know what I think about this topic already Marcus..... If someone has to micromanage a diet that much maybe this sports not the best choice!

Holy sh1t I got a great pump in my lats today.
This is the first time I can ever recall feeling my lats get like this when doing back, I've always struggled to concentrate / contract lats

I did Dorian's back video, the one with Kris Gethin in it
Back is now trashed and I love it!

Plans were to start my first cycle this Sunday, I leaning towards holding off and staying natty a while longer.
I got my pre-cycle labs back, very exciting changes from 5 months ago - Moderate increase in total T, and more than doubled my free T!

Would appreciate it if you guys would check em out, I also had a few concerns about some changes.
    Link to bloods; http://forums.steroid.com/anabolic-s...s-have-qs.html

Thanks, feel like I'm making some real progress with this HIT style of training.

I've made great progress with my bi's but I find it extremely difficult to push that mental barrier with biceps. The burn is just so intense it's easy to not do another rep. I think it's the hardest mental push through of all the muscles for me personally. Delts aren't fun either when ur going balls heavy lol

The pump feels fvcking amazing tho......

Skipped my off day yesterday to get in delts and bi's. headed down to catch the night show at a local comp after work today, and hoping I make it in time to see branch warren's guest posing routine.

    So yesterday was

DB shoulder press: 3 warm ups, 1 working 1 drop brain said I had more but the body shut that shit down about 2 reps in

Side raises: 1 feel, 1 working 1 drop

Front raises: 1 working, 1 drop

DB upright rows: 1 working w RP

Rear delt flys: 1 working w RP

Seated alternating DB curls: 1 warm up, 1 feel, 1 working w RP

Concentration curl: 1 feel, 1 working w forced and neg reps

    Machine curl: 1 working w 2 drops

Guy was just enormous, said he had just done a smaller show 4 weeks ago and getting ready to start his Olympia prep so his conditioning was a lot better than some guest posing videos I've seen. Despite reading about his height it really sank in standing beside him, I'd say he would be lucky to claim 5'7, granted it may just be the sheer mass he carries that makes him look shorter. From the little interaction I had with him and the others there he seems to be a super humble guy. I picked up a copy of his train insane DVD that I can't wait to watch.

The show it's self was a good time. Most of the competitors showed up and you could tell they put a ton of work into their prep, but a few looked like they just showed up to show up. It did get me really excited to do my first show though! The crowd was a lot bigger than I expected, where it was limited was the competitors themselves. The largest class was the open middleweight with only 6 guys in the class. Without competitors there's no sport to enjoy so I think my new plan, rather than waiting till next August, I believe is to do this neighboring show next June, and then hold out and do the August show here next year since the 2 are so close together.

I've wanted to do my first show for a couple years now, but actually going to watch one was like throwing gas on that flame.

Did legs today, and I'm dead. Its not that immediate crippling pain today even though all weights were up and I did some extra forced reps than normal. This is the deep pain that makes everything numb and let's you know the next few days will be hell trying to walk around.

Leg extensions: 3 light warmups, 1 feel, 1 working triple drop set

Leg press 2 warm ups, 1 feel to test the knees then 1 to test the muscle, 1 working 6 reps 3 forced, 1 working 2 reps 4 forced

Hack squat: 1 feel, 1 to positive failure at 8, 1 working 4 reps 4 forced

Straight leg deadlifts: 1 warmup, 1 feel, 1 working ( didn't make it to failure here. Never really tried these and grip started to fail before the muscle did. Next week ill bring my straps so I can really push it. )

Seated leg curls: 2 feel sets, 1 working w triple drop

Donkey calf raise: 3 straight sets of increasing weight for 15, 12, 10 full reps and partials after the last full rep of each set till I couldn't move the stack any more
