Was meant to hit chest and arms today. But alas, life (and a broken injector on my diesel pickup) got in the east. Why can't life be fair?

came off cycle today. Going back to TRT, started feeling rundown, getting some ED issues from the tren and generally feeling crap. Stopped the T3 cold turkey also, threw it out. Gave the rest of my vials to a friend to hide for me so im not tempted to keep running them. Now dropping weight is going to be harder but im going to fix my diet up from tomorrow and keep pounding cardio, You guys reckon ill be fine cutting on just my TRT? I Know its going to be harder without 100mcg t3 and tren etc etc. But I also need to return to normal baseline for my holiday so i dont ruin it. Sleep is shit to my whole CNS is burnt out, also wanst seeing much from the anabolics anymore, Do they stop working they longer your on or what?

Hey Marcus would you recommend HIT when I am coming back into working out. I have been out since August with mono, but I'm back in action and I feel 100%. I still have yet to touch any weight yet to see how much I've fallen out of the routine, but I have done light calisthenics and some stretching just to make sure the muscles get some type of stimuli. Just wanted your thoughts and experiences. I took it easy last time I came out of being sick, but I just had bad luck and got even more ill.

Just had a killer back session. Decided to do some calves at the end. Standing calf raises seriously make me feel like I have to poop. What is the correlation?

I believe you made a very wise choice, Roger. Pretty sure.your body was telling you it needed a break....and IMO, the anabolics hadn't stopped working, your body had stopped responding.
I'm on a "not too great" TRT and I'm slowly losing BF. I'm slack about my cardio, but on my TRT I'm gaining muscle but dropping a pound here and there.

Oh, we're still slowly rotting away and are now both in the "50 year and older club", but we enjoy it. I'm still working 6-7 days/week, but I get my lifts in kinda regularly.
The wife is like a kid right now. She loves Halloween....watched a couple of scary movies with her this past week. Also, she's getting into the shopping mode for Christmas, thus my reluctance to not work available OT.

Went and watched a contest tonight (Bev Francis Classic) which wasn't bad at all. Would have rather gone to pre-judging but it wasn't in the cards. Branch Warren was the guest poser and he lit the crowd up. He was in off season shape but still huge and impressive. He even did a lap up and down both aisles in the audience. Neat stuff.

And the old fvcks in my age group sucked btw......

Get back into training and build some of that weight your lost back on with a standard routine, don't attack HIT straight away otherwise your asking for injury. Give yourself a few months.

Was on break watching a quick YouTube video of Yates in '96 in Germany ( I think..). Just absolutely crazy how muscular yet balanced he was.

Not sure. Been so long and no clue where I'd land weight wise. In the old days I'd grow into shows but things are different now. You know what I noticed the most with the competitors were weak legs, back and calves.

Indeed. Never done one on a Ford, but in all honestly it was pretty simple.

kelkel is there any point getting bloods done if im back on T3? I got another bottle because i want to keep dieting but ive gone back to my usual TRT routine just with the 100mcg of t3 ED. Will this effect any other blood profiles ? I want some bloods done before i go on holidays and depending on how im going ill stop the T3 a few days before my holiday or even a week or so. Still undecided. I know it will show all messed up TSH and thyroid levels etc, but what about prolactin, E2, Test levels etc? Will it mess with any of them?

T3 can help to suppress prolactin. Don't see it having much of an impact on estrogen assuming your E2 is in control. There's no perfect time for BW. It would be good to know exactly where your levels are "during" your cycle, not just after.

Chest and arms are really sore, also my legs from training over the last few days. Sessions have been short but intense, trying to keep the rest periods to 1min so the weight comes down but the intensity goes up just to give my body a rest from the heavy weights I am use to. Think in the new year I will be going further down this route I just cant keep carry on pushing the amount of weight I do without injury whats going to knock me out of training for a while.

Was speaking to a huge German BB the other day who is in his 40's, ive trained with him a few times and he is a powerful mother fuker, his foundation is powerlifting so he had immense strength but for the first time ever he told me that he is pulling back on the heavy weight because of the aches and pains all over his body especially his back. We say there for 20mins talking about each other's pains lol. So I think I will be increasing the intensity but trying to bring the weight down to help preserve my joints and body from total collapse.

Body weight is still good, still knocking in the 250lbs -260lbs range but will be trying to get down to the 245 mark . Food intake is crazy like always I can eat a ton of food on a daily basis without any issues, I'm use to stretching the old stomach out without much problem. Eating clean with one cheat day per week and the cheat day is all day not one meal

Eating clean with one cheat day per week and the cheat day is all day not one meal [/QUOTE]

    My kind of thinking...

Since stopping the tren and t3 im fvking hungry! Im overeating and already back up a KG. Hungry all the time. Im going back on T3 today and maybe get back on the tren as it seems to blunt my appetite as this is off the charts. If this continues im not going to lose any more weight and i have exactly 2 weeks till my holiday!

You seem to be lost with what you are doing man. May want to think about dropping the compounds.

I've read almost all of your posts you seem to be a little bit lost. And some of the doses just seem quite excessive. Just out of curiosity can I ask your stats?

Think in the new year I will be going further down this route I just cant keep carry on pushing the amount of weight I do without injury whats going to knock me out of training for a while.

Marcus, when you speak of "upping the intensity" are you making any changes to your lifts other than the 1 min. rest limit?

There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...
