I mostly relive events from my past or stuff what I have to deal with in my day to day life what is disturbing. Sometimes I wake up in a right state and it takes me a few seconds to realize its not happening. But its more or less every time I sleep on my back which is strange. When I shout I do it as loud as I can which totally frightens my lady. She has to slowly wake me up just incase I lash out.

Some of mine is from past events, some of it is just dealing w/ daily stress, I believe. LOL, the wife has a "poking stick" she uses to wake me up...basically an old broom handle but it keeps her at a distance when she wakes me up.

Hit chest today and things went well, Im feeling the best I have in a while. Dialing the diet in right now, it wasn't bad but isnt good enough (if it ever is). Crappy gym was packed but Monday nights are out. I was doing training to be a counselor on Tuesdays but I just found out its been moved to Monday. Looks like training will be tue/wed/fri/sat. I could tell my tri's/shoulders still had not recovered from sat so I think the monday off thing will be good. Going to pop 150mgs ew of deca in a few weeks and bump my prop up to 125 eod to see if I can get the show on the road. Thing will be to see how my bp does, probably will give up pre-workout supp when deca goes in.

Tonight went well. Spent about 20 min. stretching lower body and hit a couple of sets of crunches.

    WG pulldown w/stirrup handle-2 w/u, Work-5,drop,3.5,drop,3.5.
    CG pulldown w/ V bar-1 w/u, Work-3.5,drop,1.5,drop,3.5-4. Always get a good burn w/these.
    Straightjacket stretches and toe touches
    Tbar rows-1 w/u, Work-4,drop,3,drop,3.5-2.5
Low pulley rows w/V handle- Work-5,drop,3.5,drop,3-1.5
    Toe touches
    Deadlifts-2 w/u, Work 1-7, drop weight, Work2-10
D'bell rows off back of incline bench-10 reps per side.

Just threw the d'bell rows in at the last minute. 49 minutes total less the lower body stretching and crunches.

Softball season is over until spring. Finally. Now I can lift any day of the week without worrying about being recovered to play. My throwing shoulder is definitely in need of some time off.

House is supposed to close next week. Just another week of repairs and moving, and that stress will be off my shoulders (and once again, I'll have more time available to lift).

Also, I convinced my dad he needed an inversion table (chronic lower back problems- yes, I inherited those). Since I'm staying with him for now I'm going to benefit. Score

The shoulder workout from last night went pretty well.
The ab portion of the workout I just kept it to cable crunches and hanging leg raises. Was pretty fatigued at the end of it so doing more than that wasn't needed.

    Legs tonight!

Had an amazing chest workout this morning. Went back to sets 4 sets of 10-12 reps instead of pyramiding up to heavy weight low reps. I just wasn't feeling the muscles working, just the joints fatiguing. I got 225 on the bench for 2 sets of 12, 1 set of 11 and 1 set of 10, felt good and the pump was killer, also my shoulder didn't hurt at all. I have tried over the years to lift heavy with low reps and it never feels right, so I think I will just focus on what my body seems to like which is the 10-12 rep range and just try and keep building up the weights from there doing the occasional 1RM lift.

Arms feel very tight today when I tense them the tricep is really giving me some nice pain and the stretch on the bicep feels good. I am going to start focusing more on the peak of the bicep head see if I can get that fuker to grow again. Tricep is coming along well and maintaining great size and shape the lying db extension is working beautiful because I have zero elbow pain and they started to grow again which is amazing.

I did reverse grip press on the smith this week for tri's and they are still sore from Sat workout. Trying to add some thickness to the tri's, I haven't been able to get that nice thick back of the arm look again.

Haven't done them in a long time but I remember they use to put pressure on my wrists so I dropped them. My triceps are in bits at the moment all over the short and long head feel so goooooooood

Sh!t, nothing wrong with those numbers, Clarky! My back is nicely sore also. I went w/ 2 lighter work sets on deads vs. 1 work set. Plan to stick w/ the 2 work sets for about 6 weeks or so then reevaluate.

I like going lighter and more sets to fail with real deads lol it really destroys the muscles at each side of the spine for days

I definitively feel it in my lower back and glutes. Not pain, just the soreness that comes with a good lift.

Killed legs today. Just killed them. Nothing special, usual stuff. Just a motivated workout. Veins were popping out big time. Really like how much more warmed up my legs feel riding the bike for 5 minutes. Big difference for me.

Do you feel it difficult walking up or down stairs when you have quad doms?
I couldn't walk down my stairs this morning. Had to crawl and had some awkward conversation with the land lord

Been super busy, but I will participate more in this thread soon. As far as sleeping with wives, mine gave up long ago and we have our own rooms, my own kings size bed. Im just under 5'7", boy I got some room! I can fart as much as I want, snore until the windows rattle (she has to close her door with a noise maker!) and lay side ways.

As far as training I had to use my arms full strength today at work and my forearm began to hurt. I was going to muscle through a back/bi work out but when I got home I cut my finger so I couldnt. Hit legs instead and it went great, no pain, put a little more weight then usual (nothing crazy) but I feel great. Was down a bit and worried at the end of work because of my forearm but all turned out very well, blessed.

Hit chest today and it was wild. Strength was down a bit so I upped the volume, probably a lot more than necessary but the pump was insane.

Good lift today. Changed things around a bit and I believe I can feel every individual fiber of my chest at the moment.

15 min. of lower body stretching. Planning to go see the massage lady Friday and let her beat the hell our of me. It has really aided with the increase in my flexibility, IMO.

    Incline flyes superset w/ d'bell press- 2 w/u sets of flyes. Work - Flyes-8, Presses-6.5-3-.5-.5.
    Flat flyes superset w/ d'bell press-2 w/u sets of flyes. Work-Flyes-6, Presses-5.5-3-.5

Just to see how much work/damage I did, I grabbed a set of d'bells after putting the others up and set my bench for incline and only managed 6 reps @ a pretty light weight, so I'm interested to see where this will.take me over the next 4-6 weeks.

Total time not including stretching = 24 minutes.

Had another stimulant this morning and went to the gym to do chest

Incline flyes - 4 warm up sets - did 4 warm up sets due to what I was going to put myself through in the next 30-40mins
1 working set - heavy set to failure plus 2 forced reps plus 2 drop sets

    incline db press
    1 feel set only
1 working set - heavy to positive failure plus 2 forced reps plus one drop set

    flat db flyes
    1 feel set
1 working set - heavy to fialurte plus 2 forced one drop set

    vertical flat hammer press
    1 feel set
1 working set - heavy to failure plus 2 drop sets

    ben over cable flyes
    2 working sets to failure

This session was very aggressive, there were 10 people in the gym and everyone of them stopped and watched me everytime I started a set. I was extremely pumped and rested less than 1 min. I was totally focused, I didn't even look at anyone, I was talking to myself and was getting angry with the weights by thinking of past events what fuel my adrenalin. I was an animal and I am 100% sure I am starting to feel a growth spurt I wish I was on gear but afterwards 3 people came up while I was doing abs and said I was looking unbelievable. Them watching me train fuelled me even more, the stimulant made me go off my head because I don't realy use them all the time. I hadn't trained for 2 days and I am 100% sure that HIT is the number one routine what produces the monster of this earth I am 100% certain the people wgho say it doesn't just don't like to work hard and give 100000000% I am telling everyone you train in this style and I mean go to your limit and force your body to grow this will produce some serious gains.

Ive had clients who have been skinny fukers over the yrs and ive turned them into monster who compete, ive tried most routines myself and many of my friends who are normal guys and some are pro's and I am telling you guys you want results what exceed the normal guys who just look good then use HIT and adapt it to how you grow. I know I am on one at the moment but ive never grown so much in my life when using HIT as my main routine..

Don't waste time in the gym wasting reps after reps, make it count and push beyond what you normally do and watch your body respond.

Sounds intense, go with it and own it. I wish I could use this method, but my body just doesn't respond to the heavy weight stuff, my joints break down long before my muscles get the work they need. I need volume, I still take my working sets to failure and beyond, but it comes at higher reps. I take a stimulant every workout in my pre workout shake, I love it.

Volume was ok for me but it didn't make me freaky, it did help to maintain a certain size when I was lighter but it never really produce huge gains what I was after. The one training routine what made me stand out and gave me more of a pro size and look was HIT but its not easy and its no0t for the faint hearted. Its extremely hard to do and even harder to push yourself to your limits that's why many disregard it because they cant do it and are not mentally strong enough. But again not everyone responds to the same thing so implement what works for you.

Doing a pre exhaust superset HIT is extremely hard and the results are excellent, its one of those things you can do do carry on seeing gains but use lighter weight due to the pre exhaust and the super set. I don't fully understand the numbers you have written down and if you could explain exactly what you did for the working sets it would be better for me to understand but from what you said it sounds like it was perfect what happens is when you have gone to fully positive failure on the flyes you actually think you have zero strength left for the press but you do but the reps are low and this is were you got to gather your thoughts and release that aggression to get those presses out to full failure, and when you do oh my go does it hurt...
