    Back today!

Tried Bios Neon Volt for the first time....don't think it was placebo either....its pretty damn good pre workout!

    Warms

Wide grip pull downs 3 warms, 2 feels (one was suppose to be working but I went up in weight) 1 working (210#) DD

Seated close grip rows 1 feel, 2 workin dd

High Pully hammer strength 2 working DD

    Bent over rows 2 working

Reverse Grip pull dwns superset with standing straight arm pull downs

    Finished with hypers

I was pretty spent though....I need to keep doing my hypers, but by the time I got there I was so spent. I got the 3 sets in with weights and drops, but could I have dropped another excersise? MEaing was this too much?

Almost every lift was a PB today, felt great...back turning into one of my favorite groups to work....used to be legs....but def back now.

Flats: Real light as I haven't done them in a while. Two easy sets
    Dumbell flyes: One set

Cable curls: Two heavy, 8-10 reps
Preachers: One heavy with double drop
Dumbell's: Two sets, 8-10 reps. Haven't done these in a while either

Pushdowns: One heavy with RP & drop

Marcus, get yer fuking head in the game mate, wtf, you have worked too hard to fuk it up, clean that diet up.

Went skiing today from 10-4, damn my quads are torched, but what an amazing day. In Jasper Alberta at Marmount Basin ski resort in the Rockies, the views are epic and the skiing is incredible. I haven't been on skies in 20+ years but it came back quick, like I didn't miss a beat. The weather was fantastic, perfect blue skies, temp right around freezing with no wind, absolutely perfect. I might try and hit the gym for a quick pump just to get the muscles attention, depends how things go this week, will be skiing everyday this week. Keep kicking ass everyone, I read when I can get on and it keeps me motivated.

It's been a few years since I've used MT2, but it worked well for me. Even with sunscreen, my tattooed areas would tan well ( and I have fair skin). I just started low with the dose, got to the tanning level I was looking for, and then went with an occasional maintenance shot. Seems like I injected just before I went to sleep and the sides were negligible?

Edit: I also work the night shift and my MT2 schedule used to be eat a meal, inject, sleep then get up mid-afternoon and grab a bit of sun. It doesn't take much when using MT2.

Hey I knew we'd change you lol. Now that looks brutal and to the point. All you got to remember is make the most out of that working set don't waste reps and you'll need no more. ..

Well done on trying something different and I would really like your feedback after a month whether good or bad on how things feel and progression?

I knew coming over to this thread would do that I really do feel a drastic change in all the blood going to that specific muscle! Thx Marcus, and I will definitely give you feedback after a month... Although I don't even think it'll take that long for me to see a difference !!!

Thought I'd give a little shoutout to tb500... for anyone who is reading my log, you can see the full post, but shorthand is my elbow was hurting last night up until this morning, and I injected 2mg tb. 20 minutes later the pain was at least half of what it was....placebo?

Hey marcus, how often do you do stretching for each specific muscle group? Or do you just include that in your warm up before training?

Any kind of change in routine is going to yield results but after a few weeks its the crucial time when I would like your true analysis on pure HIT, socially now you come over the serious side of training LMFAO.......lonely joking guys for the volume lovers of this world...

Anyway, now your with us and not on the side lines playing at it lol....as you can see i'm a little sarcastic this after noon so ignore me. But what I want to know is you to tell me how you go about doing that one set to failure and if your doing drops, forced negs or rest pause how you go through that one set. Explain to me in your own words everything you experience, how your body feels, your mind and also how you know your at failure the most important question.

Abit of motivation for your next workout - Do you want to walk into your gym and members turn and look at you twice? do you want to turn heads when you walk down the street? do you want to hear guys saying when your training " look" at the size of that guy and how hard he trains? do you want to find it difficult to find clothes what fit? do you really want to be a walking freak of a beast and no matter where you go in life whether shops, holiday gym or just out walking someone will hear people say something to you about your size or you hear them mention you to their friend?

I'm guessing the answer to all is YES!! well you need to dig deep into your mind and body and try to release this inner drive and aggression what will make you train like your life depends on it. Imagine training with Dorian and how hard you would push yourself!! You need to learn how to release that adrenalin flowing through your veins just about when your doing your working set. You need to train your mind aswell as your body to really go to failure, not plain old failure when the weight is to heavy and your thinking one more rep and I am done. I mean true positive failure were it feels like every part of your nerve endings are being battered and the pain is close to knocking you out.

Think about if me and you was training and you was resting those big heavy db's on your knees for your incline press and I am behind you to take you to failure and trust me i will not let you stop before i think your at total failure. If you failed not to get to the point of total exhaustion and full muscle fiber recruitment I will drop that db on your head to brake your jaw, so your either drinking out of a straw for 6-8 weeks or you go to total positive failure for one set.....listen to that again ONE set only and your done. That's all i ask one set to failure no need to think to leave any more power in your body for further sets all because you still want to look strong for those gym fukers watching, it doesn't mater if your strength goes down on the next exercise due to total failure on the incline, its all about going to that point were your body and mind is screaming to stop on every exercise for one set.

Now think about this next time you train

At the moment I do them every pre working out session because of my injuries. I know there are many fuking studies saying don't and there are many saying do them but they help me, they don't alter my strength infact they help it. I wish I started them sooner in my bb life because I think they help. I don't go overboard I just try to get some blood in the muscle while trying to help my mobility because I am muscle bound like fuk my range of movement is getting tighter so it needs to be done.

Nice Marcus, I will be going as if I will be training w/you! that said I wouldn't expect anything less from you(regarding dropping that DB on my fvkin head as you should)!!

So I go in do my warms and stretching(need to do more stretching) and then off to my weight training! My feeler sets are based off of what I did/ended w/b4... All my feelers are still in my acquired rep range then the feeler gives me whT I can do for the working set then if I think I can add weight still I will on my balls out set(into a drop - atm I don't have a partner but I do grab people and get them to make sure I'm going to true failure then beyond w/forces) or if no one is there the only way I stop is if I literally can't move the weight anymore at all... Then go to my drop and go to the same or if I have a spotter(for chest I always get about 3 forces after true positive failure!

My mind set is actually having you, and the other members here around me at all times for that extra push...

I can't see myself doing any more reps(not even a hlf rep) so I must say I'm going to failure(unless I had a partner who could give me those forces and more negs, etc)... Would you agree with how I am doing things?

I wouldn't really drop the db on you, it was just trying to get my point across. I'm a gentle man!!

I cant knock anything you said and I can see you have read the thread. Just put it all into practice and just before your working sets try and get that mind zone and release the adrenalin. Well done and I expect big things to come
