    Stretching abs rolling RC ex's
    - warmed up w/reverse grip pulldowns

    1. CG pulldowns - 2 feelers 2w drop
    S/S straight arm pulldowns 3w
    2. BB Bent over rows(hit new weight) - 2 feelers 2w DD(but used same weight) dropped again
    3. Vertical/elevated row(wide grip) - 2 feelers 2w DD
    4. Low pully row - 2 feelers 2w DD - into neutral grip hammer rows on feelers & w/sets
    5. DY Deads(narrow stance to shin and up) - 2 feelers then pyramided up for 3w failing on all sets
    6. Weighted hypers 3w failure
    - burned my lats out w/cable reverse grip rows(different and liked the smoothness)

Weights done in 43min - Back feels like there's super heated rods in lower lumbar - really concentrated on the squeeze and negative on each movement -

Mate i really don't know what to say to you as i always come to you for advice even my personal life. All i can say is just be safe big man you know yourself what your doing and you know your body.

First, congratulations!! It is kind of a shock sometimes, isn't it? The days seem on drag on individually, but the total span of time almost flies by in a way.

Felt weak tonight and low on air. If it continues, I think I'll call the Drs. office, and get an order for a CBC? I did a double donation roughly 5-6 weeks ago and tapped off a pint on my own about a month prior (hematocrit was 56% prior to the self bleed), but want to figure out what is going on. Maybe it is just the heat?

    2 sets of crunches

    Leg ext.- 2 w/u, Work-15+,drop,3+,drop,5+ w/ a 10 count hold on last partial.
Hack-2 w/u, Work-8-4-4. A little less knee pain this week.
Reverse hacks-Work-10-6-5. If I was feeling a tad better, I could bump this weight up.
    Seated calf raises-Work-14,drop,6
    Standing calf raises-1 w/u, Work-10-5-4
    Leg press-1 w/u, Work-8-4-1

No leg curls today. Just was pretty washed out, but I got some work done. 36 minutes not including crunches.

Ha ! Letting numbers fuk with your head. Same shit happened when I turned 40, it goes a way. One more nice cycle will change that, 5-7lbs of lbm will make you feel 30 again. If one more cycle would kill you, I would have been dead 5 years ago !

Stretching RC ex's rolling abs - lots of side laterals and front laterals(blood flow)

    Smith flat - 4 feelers 1w TD

    Smith incline - 3 feelers 1w TD

    Flat flys - 2w drop

    Incline flys - 2w drop

    Cables(high/& low) - 2w S/S
Standing DB flys - 1w + RP + RP + RP - fried the Fvk outta my pecs

    Tried something different added tris
    - French curls 2w S/S one arm(across body) extensions
    - lying DB extensions 2w drop
    - V grip push downs - 2w drop
    - rope push downs - 2 sets - each started heavy and dropped 3x

Great pump - weights took a lil longer(51min) really good session!

***I'm having trouble w/my weight moving - I'm not too worried about it as its early still - but by taking ralox does that affect anyone's else's weight(like nolva - but I e noticed w/nolva I lose more??? I Usually recover from this quite quickly but I had a flare up and I'm using ralox to rid it(hopefully - it's definitely at bay now - but don't want to come off to a bigger lump... Any advice on this? I'm pulling BW in a wk or two to check my E2 levels...

And I've also been doing say 4-5 days on... I think this also needs to be cut back to 2on 1 off again - that seemed to fit my goals better(just thought I'd try and give the 5on 2off a try again but it's starting to burn me out and aggrivate my shoulder more! Not enough rest...

Thx man, yeah I have the same problem w/nolva - Bautista actually a lil worse for me(up and down w/the nolva) but at least it's been steadily maintained at the same weight - yes and BW will be happening!

    Nice session yourself

Slept like a dead man today; think I needed it. Just before I went to sleep this morning, I set an alarm and was going to hit arms this evening if I felt up to it. That would be a day early than my schedule, but a little extra won't hurt.
Anyway, I didn't wake up in time to lift today, but I swear have grown a visible amount while sleeping. It's weird because in my younger days, growth was more of a linear process, not sudden spurts.
I'm not knocking it, just trying to figure it out and take advantage of it. Now if I can just make BF disappear in my sleep, I'll be set.

    Arms tomorrow evening.

Quick funny story, at least imho.

Took a generic ambien prior to bed last night. Then decided to get something else to eat. Sat at the kitchen table and ate a bit, got up and headed to the stairs, got dizzy, tripped and fell up the stairs. Hit my knee, elbow and head and broke a spindle. WTF. Not sure but I think it was my head that broke the spindle. Right at the bottom thicker part. Lovely. Slept good after that.

Moral of the story: When you take a sleeping pill go directly to F'n bed.

Glad no stitches were involved. . I went through a period of bad headaches years ago and was prescribed amitriptyline...with similar results. I medicate IN the bed now.

    2 feel sets
1 working set to fial plus 1 drop

    hammers
2 working set to torture level

    wrist curls with db's
3 working set to failure higher rep range

couldn't even grip my water bottle on the way out and my arms are fuking huge and that think they didn't look like mine

F-in beautiful, what else can I say? I pictured myself going through each lift and said "fvvvvck" in my mind with a capital "F"!!
I was thinking of throwing in standing cable curls off of the low pulley tonight in place of the "cheat" reps with E-Z curl bar that I have been doing at the end of biceps. You settled it for me and provided inspiration with that post.

Biceps and triceps tonight. Legs are really getting sore from 2 days ago now, but not feeling as craptacular as I was.
