I like those rope pds as well. Great for pre-exhaust too.

Great job with the new weight. I'm hitting back tonight too so good read. Getting fired up.

Try icing and giving them some rest for the next few days. Do they hurt when doing a hammer type movement? I get those once and a while and also around the upper forearm. Ice helps and honestly.. NPP has been a godsend in the past when this has happened.

i have had bad tendonitis in my elbows, it sucks!

rest, ice, NSAIDS, scrape the hell out of where it hurts to get some blood flowing (look up ASTYM therapy), and just lay off of gripping anything for a while (yes, even your wank!)

We'll guys/gals - tomorrow I'm going in for a short post op(nerve block) on the R Shoulder! I've had them in the past - and they've worked great for the radiating pain up neck(into occipital) and down arm... And I wasn't lifting then so I'm excited to see if it brings any relief(which it very well should if zapped right) - I'm getting the super scapula nerve blocked/& also asking about the Median nerve(as it branches off into all three nerves in the arm).... If this is done correctly(which has been successful b4) the pain should go down and remain down - as opposed to having those shooting pains ed and just general chronic pain - the level of pain should actually drop a few points

I'll definitely be out tomorrow(if I don't get there early enough to do some damage to these arms) and I'm thinking I'll probably take the w/e off - and ask if Monday I'll be gtg!

Take the recommended time by the doc..... Best advice I can give. It's so hard for us to be out of the gym because its a lifestyle for us but when our bodies need to recover - we need to listen.

I know you know this already - just some positive reinforcement ;-)

Hate having to choose because have one freaky part night make you look stupid lol

If I HAD to choose..... It'd be delts.

Too big of a chest and your arms look small. Too big of arms and your delta n chest look small. Atleast with big delts you have width.

Next would probably be quads lol

Regarding body parts, I would be tickled sh!tless with larger arms, actually everything needs work.

Arms need more peak, more inner head thickness, more hang from triceps. LoL, I need new arms maybe. Things don't come back nearly as fast now as they did 10 years ago.

See Haz, I win the paleness contest. I'm so white I reflect light like a mirror and fat sticks to me like white on rice.

The connection of my chest to my delt on the roght side is hurting. Noticed it when I tried to do close grip bench.

I had the fiancé and my sis feel both sides and both say my right side is tighter or has a deeper groove. Might hafta take Mondays chest session easy.....

Pre-exhaust it... Flys into presses - I focus more on the fly movement(if I can do more weight than I can keep pressing(in the high end rep range) I'll have another set of bells just in case)

If it hurts I would skip chest for a week.

A pec tear is not something you want to mess with, believe me.

Reavaluate later, it might be good in a few days.

    Lower body and back stretches
    2 sets of crunches

    Leg ext-2 w/u, Work-15+,drop,7+,drop,8+. Long 10 hold on partials.
Hacks-1 w/u, Work-10-3-3. Much less knee pain today and I'm adding at least a quarter a side next time to see if the knee will hold up.
Reverse hacks-Work1-10, drop off 2 plates, Work2-15. I'm chipping away @ these fairly decent. Will bump it up next time, but probably still hit 2 working sets on them.
Seated calf raises-Work-16,drop,9+ reps w/long hold on partial.
Standing calf raises in leg press-1 w/u, Work-10-5-5 w/long 10 count hold @ contraction on last rep.
Leg press-1 w/u, Work1-10, drop off 200#, Work2-10 good reps. Will bump this one up next time. If the reps are low, I'll drop some weight and throw another working set at them.

No leg curls. My mouthpiece or all the work got me gagging so I spent last few minutes of my time heaving.

Constantly moving. 39 minutes not including crunches, stretching, and heaving into trash can. Then shake, shower, and at work again. :/ Think I can get by with working 6 days this week, so I plan to do something different to bis/tris tomorrow or the day after; just make them so I need help to even raise them.

I like that idea - total pre-exhaust - take a lot off the pressing when you get there ... I haven't done that in a while(last pullback) but I like flys into presses - even if heavier(not in this case) - or just leave the pressing out - maybe just light DB work at the end

    Or none

    Nice AG

If those knees hold up and you're pain free try bumping the weight. Make sure your core is strong and your strength in your legs is up before adding weight to squats. Building my quad and ham strength with raises, curls, and reverse b squats has helped my hack squat immensely

Thanks, Haz! Appreciate it. Just one knee that is giving me grief, but it was much better today. It gives me no issues on reverse hacks and no probs tonight on leg presses.
The breathing and bracing keeps my core pretty tight, so hopefully I can push on through and load up the weight.
