WHOOAAAA!!!! Behind the back cable movement for delts? Where can we find this online to see how it's done for those who haven't done it before? I want some of that triple side/top/rear stuff for the mini pumpkins too!!!

So exactly how do you approach the bloodwork/doctor/insurance issue? New primary care physician here wants to do bloodwork still as part of my routine physical junk and been avoiding like the plague since on cycle....don't want weird stuff showing up and ever causing insurance any reason to question anything?

CAT scan today. Surgeon called me at 8pm tonight. ..kinda freaked me out. But it was all good. Nothing really changes in my diagnosis, but he did say it wasn't as prominent as previously thought from the eco. There is an enlargement but not as big as once thought.

So I'm taking it as a win!

Still on meds, still have to cut back the intensity. And still wants another scan in 3 months. He's not sure yet if this time will be an MRI or a CAT with iv contrast this time so they can dig a little deeper into it.

    Again thank you everyone.
Great news, Sfla! Definitely stay with your modified routine plan for now, IMHO. You know it may well be that the contrast shows even less of an issue than they think. Again, this is good stuff.
Think I'll celebrate by hitting some cardio Thursday ( tomorrow is back day).

LOL, didn't sleep worth 2 rows of rabbit sh!t today. Just plain fitful. The pullback lift on shoulders had me fighting and groaning in my sleep. Took out a lamp, but at least I didn't kill the headboard this time. Even after 20 something years, it still freaks out the wife.
Biceps are still unusually sore from 3 days ago, so I guess this pullback is needed. Working ye olde back muscles tomorrow evening and buying a new set of lamps in the morning.

    Thanks dci and ag!

Definitely sticking to the plan. Especially since the treatment plan hasn't changed any. Will re evaluate in 3 months after the mri.

    Legs for me today.

Squats 5 sets pyramid up. 12 reps each

Reverse Vs (6 plates was really light but the high reps least got a good burn out of them)

    Extensions

    Seated curls

    Lying curls

    Seated calves

BP was 128/64 this morning first thing waking up. Not bad. Heart rate is 78?

Squats - 225, 315, 405, 405 (nervous to go heavier because my core is still weak)

Hack squats 14 plates - dropped to failure

Walking Lunges - 3 sets with 55lbs on shoulders

Leg extensions - 1 working set drop to 1/4 reps

    Ham curls

    Donkey calf raises

I'm completely exhausted.... Legs are hard as rock and walking is difficult lol.
