Well got one dog clean which was a hassle and other dog was being a bitch. So called and got both an appointment tomorrow.

So to the gym I went l.

25 mins cardio...feeling good just ran out if time.

Big super set of core movements also. Probably 6 or 7 straight movements. No breaks

Very brisk, but intense back session. It was a pullback lift, but I stayed after it pretty dang steady. 2 worksets on almost everything, dropped weight between work sets w/ very short breaks. Almost like a big drop set on each exercise.

2 sets crunches and back and lat stretches

Close grip pulldown w/ bent handle- 2 w/u, Work1-7 reps, drop weight, Work2-6 reps
    WG pulldown w/stirrup handle-1 w/u, Work1- 6+ reps, drop weight, Work2- 6+ reps
    Straightjacket stretches
Tbar rows- 1 w/u, Work1-6 reps, drop weight, Work,2-9 reps. I did the Chris Duffin thing of popping myself in the obliques to get them firing because the crunches really hit abs and obliques hard today.
D'bell rows off of incline bench- 15 reps/ side. These help me preexhaust right before I do my low pulley rows and keep the weight down so I'm not maxing out my pulley system.
Low pulley rows- Work1-5+ reps, drop weight, Work2-9+ reps.
    Deads- 1 w/u, Work-9 reps, drop weight, Work2- 8 reps.

This was one of those days when you really tune in with your back muscles. Made them absolutely burn almost the whole time and they are trashed now for sure.

31 minutes not including crunches and stretches.

    Nice session there

AG, are you just doing two straight sets - w/not a drop set but your lowering your weight(drop) for your 2nd W/set to hit that rep range??

Ive been struggling to walk for the last 3 days, because I did 7 days in a row training I decided to do one session just calves and I hit them harder than normal and did some higher reps burn outs. Not wise really...

I kind of look like I have a nappy on full of sh1t walking around with broken ankles, its not a good state to be in

Yes sir, it is a pull back lift. The break between sets is very short.

I knew it was a pullback by the time too -- I was just curious really, AG... As I don't do any drops on a pullback either... Just 1-2 straight sets(usually 2) thx

Ouch. I bet every step is a challenge, especially since the session was dedicated to calves.

    AG way to hit it..

marcus sounds painful. A good kneading calf massage may do you good. The Mrs. gives me one once and a while and it's very painful and nice.

Ramy has had this issue time and time again...... It sucks because I'm really pulling for him. Dennis Wolf has been a favorite of mine for a while. Big Ramy is right there along with him for me. Phil heath has lost his appeal. He seems arrogant to me.

    My opinion.....

    Phil
    Wolf
    For top two

Dexter and Rhoden both look great. Rhoden's abs look tighter and better but dexters back is way better than Rhodens.

Wolf REALLY improved this year. Ill be pissed if he doesn't take 2nd. They did move him to the outside and moved dexter next to Phil. We'll see....

My view taking politics out of it and just mu own personal opinion is that for the current Mr O to be knock off his crown it needs to be someone special, now I am not taking anything away from Phil is a great champion but in my eyes he isn't a Yates or Coleman but is a great front man for the IFBB.

Dexter - wooow what an achievement for a guy at his age and his consistency is second to none, he is always on the mark when competing and is a remarkable bodybuilder.

Wolf - Ive never been a big fan, but I can see the appeal

Rammy - Now I love mass monsters, this is what its all about for me and this man is a guy who should of took the lot down, he always looks better a few weeks before then suddenly he messes up his water manipulation or something goes wrong with his condition but saying that his sheer size wipes everyone out in my eyes. Will they ever let him be Mr O?? who knows but he is another Yates and Coleman. If he would of come in a bit sharper no one could of beat him IMHO. He drowned them all when he stood next to them from the comparison pictures ive seen but I am bias I love mass monsters.

Funny you say this ^^ -- I too, say he looks much better 2-4wks out - IMHO I think if he was to stop(or time it) to where he looks at about 3-4wks out is when he's always looked his best - some BBers just get too flat after 3wks out(i really don't think Ramy has to cut all the way down to 315 lol - he looks better at 325+ imo!

Not surprised for Phil, very happy for Dex but unexpected at 45.. Thought Wolf had 2nd in the bag but was pulling for an upset (didn't see how though because Phil looks better).. Rhoden for 3rd not surprised. Good O I think.

Haz hope you're not getting sick.

Off to the sanctuary for big wheels. Lots of food and football today.

She started feeling gassy pains that came and went consistently. Every 6 minutes they came and went for hours last night. The baby was pushing down and her hips felt like they were starting to widen. (Weird right? lol)The pressure was intense. The doctor said it was probably early labor and to call back when the pain was excruciating and came and went every 3 minutes for 2-3 hours.

She fell asleep and I was up shitting most of the night lol.

    We'll see how today goes.....
