    Update

TRT sorted going on every 12 weeks from now on instead of 11 weeks. Nebido 1000mg

Before I go into the conversation I've had with my GP its apparent that since I was 25 yrs old I don't know what NORMAL testosterone levels feels like and I think that's what many of us battle with once we have crossed over to cycling or spent a few yrs at cycling. I've had around 4 yrs free from cycling within this time span which was the battle with low test and getting prescribed TRT but one thing is for sure NORMAL isn't something what I have known or felt for many years.

My body is very strange but I know it well, it reacts extremely positively with most things I put inside it. I take low dose pain meds and the pains goes, I take a small amount of muscle relaxer and I am out of it, I take 3mgs of melatonin and its good night Marcus,I have 2 lots of coffee in my shake and it looks like I am on drugs, I go on cycle and boom I just explode, I take creatine 5mgs daily and its like a mini cycle for me. I don't drink now but if I drink I would only have 1 and I could feel the effects straight away and if I had to many it would take days out of my life to recover, my body is very heightened to things same with foods and training. Very weird and strange how it reacts.

I've been told stop taking creatine (been off for a few weeks now) my bloods show creatinine levels are high anyway due to the muscle mass and how I train and they have advised me to not take it again and to increased my water intake to help with the dehydration issues my body seems to be having. Which is fine and wont effect me in anyway. My creatinine levels are coming down now.

This is my 14th week from my last TRT and I usually get one every 11 weeks, I feel sh1t and don't feel right but my blood test came back this morning and my Testosterone levels have a range of 8nmol/L - 29nmol/L and my Test came back at 22nmol/L. Can you believe that? so a few weeks ago when I had blood work done and they said I was well off the chart with my Test levels and wanted to see how it comes down over the next few weeks I must of been really high. He's looked back over my BW and he says my T is always of the chart and it looks like this is just how my body responds to this treatment, which is remarkable to have near higher end T at 14 weeks. I know from previous BW my T is usually in the 40+ mark nmol/L mid TRT.

This is the problem or not the problem lol, this feeling I feel now is NORMAL and its something what I've not experienced since I've been 25yrs old. Normal doesn't work for me anymore because ive been so use to T levels of probably 20 men for so long. He's happy to send my T levels off the chart because he says my body uses it well and seems to cling onto it for so long, so long as my other blood work shows good he's happy with my TRT because high T for me is normal and it looks like my body works well with it. He did ask if I am using any additional Testosterone and I told him no and I wasn't when I had my bloods done and it was well out of my system anyway also it was only 500mgs so the readings are true. Nebido is a wonder drug and I am convinced that's why I maintain my muscle tissue by having good Test levels coupled with how I train.

All my other levels are fine it was just dehydration and the supps I was taking what was causing my kidney function go out of range.

I know you guys don't use nmol/L but just so you get an idea of levels my range is 8nmol/L - 29nmol/L which to you guys across the pond is 230ng/dl - 835ng/dl

    Great to hear big man.

Had to work straight through the night yesterday so no gym. Was fired up to get in there so I was frustrated but it's all good. Back in today. Worked over 16 hours straight yesterday. Got all my food down thigh, even though I was off schedule. Ate last meal at midnight. Lol.

The update sounds good, Marcus. It sounds like this Dr. is going to work out pretty darn well. Absolutely outf-in standing!!! Increased hydration is something we all probably need and the lower creatinine levels are good to hear as well. Kidney function sounds like it is good/ no impairment.
Do.you still take L-arginine or are you off of it as well?

LOL, face it, big guy. You are a beast, you train like a beast, and it sounds like you are healthy with "beast" levels of T.
Only a 1 week change in your protocol isn't as severe of a change as you had thought, right?
I see my Dr. in 1.5 weeks and am going to discuss a few things with her, Aveed being one of those topics.
Really glad to hear all of this!

I think that was a d@mn wise choice so you could get a nice baseline/reference.

Also, I defo still eat my share of greens. I just don't take in as much as I used to. I used to supplement with an alfalfa/super greens mixture, but it is just a tad much for my system now.

LOL, I'm almost giddy between at hearing that you got a good report and Sfla did also. Haz has a new addition coming very soon. It may be the cooler weather we are experiencing right now, but if I feel like this tonight, I'm hitting a pullback lift on legs instead of cardio. I'm not dropping the weight between sets on my reverse hacks either.I will go to failure, drink water and grab air for 1 minute and jump back in for a second set at the same weight. That's how good/happy I'm feeling right now.

Crap, forgot.to mention that I'm down a size in my jeans now. Had to buy new jeans last week. My weight still ranges from high 260s to mid 270s back and forth, but I was literally walking out of my old pants and I sure as hell ain't going to wear them with my @ss halfway hanging out like some.of the young thugs do. Couldn't imagine anything uglier than a 6'2" old man walking around looking like a street thug.
We'll see how the Dr. visit goes next week. I'm coming up on 51, so hopefully no surprises from her. I think she will be pleased even though I still have a way to go.

Edit: Also, I picked up another 78# of flank steak recently and am going to pick up a few cases of split chicken breasts this week. Now if my local fishmonger will get his ducks in a row and remember to get in some of the types of fish I asked for, I should be just about set for my blast after labs.

Read the last 3 pages. Great to hear Marcus that you are on the right road back.

I was crazy busy at the weekend and gave a friend an early morning spin to the airport so had terrible sleep Sunday night and was completely drained Monday so I took that off from the gym but ate well and the sleep did me well.

Tonight is back into it heavy again feeling good the de load did me very well.

Also been thinking of firing up a thread. Theres a cool bb motivation page I follow on Instagram and they fire up 15 secs clips with voiceovers.

One of them is with the man that seems to appeal to every person out there that isn't an actual gym person Rich Piana voicing over images off Arnie, Colombo etc training.

Stating basically that HIT training is a load of BS and that old skool bbers knew how to train correctly. He openly calls out Yates and Mentzer in this clip.

I think it's an odd statement to make as he says that anyone who does hit is lazy etc which I completely dis agree but my point being is why do people think these guys in 70s where were bbing began and ended rather than being open to different training regimes.

I never have understood why people think 1 exact program fits everyone. None of us are the same. Although I do feel HIT is superior, it probably isn't for everyone, especially when you factor in the mental aspect.

Some.of the younger guys at work ask me how I train fairly often and I always give them the same answer; even printed a few pages out of my lifting log for them.
I was fortunate because my back width developed at a decent pace once I got my mind into it. The young guys swear I'm running some crazy AAS or prohormone cycle and I just tell.them TRT and HIT does it for me.
I asked them to give it a try and they always say, " Oh, I can't train like that. It won't work for me."
All I can respond is that with that mindset going into the game, HIT probably won't work for them because they failed before they ever started.

Do you feel any certain supplement was skewing your bloodwork, Marcus? I know the dehydration was likely contributing to the hematocrit issue and creatinine levels.

Didnt feel great, pretty tired and gym was packed so did what I could.....

    Hammer strength normal
    Hammer strength incline
    Peck deck
    Flat bench
    Cables

    Abs

Still not back into the groove.I just switched over to cyp for my hrt and not sure if its underdosed, or Im just in a slump from coming off when it was just kicking in. Low energy, moody and a pvssy (Im sad to admit) in the gym.Going to call a new doctor today, my last was a friend and he seemed to be a talker so I stopped going to him. I think Im going to start training with my wife again. I train the way I like, my speed, ect. I haven't decided definitely, because it is nice to have time to myself. Im in a weird little spot right now, not very happy.

On an up note, glad to hear Marcus and Slfa doing well.

OK I just made an appointment with a new doctor, then thought twice, cancelled and made one with my old doctor. Im just going to bite the bullet, he isnt great, but he wont give me crap about my trt. I just got a bad vibe from the new place, its hard going in there the first time and hoping the Doc is open minded. So blood work at 7 am, time to get things figured out. Kel you have a pm
