Chest tonight was on my own due to my training partners son being in hospital and his son trains with us also so was weird training on my own.

Started with rc warm ups. One set on the hammerstrength pressing machine due to the benches being taken.

Then onto incline 2 feeler sets into 2 heavy sets well more one heavy with rp built in. Then a drop.

Same as above for flat, kk side db crossovers, pec deck and decline.

My chest exploded this week the blood flowed easy into the muscles and I felt strong which meant the de load week did its thing which I always love after a de load week the explosion of blood into the muscles.

Cardio to finish 20 mins.

Either the wife beat my chest with a sledgehammer while I was asleep or I have a serious case of DOMS from the pullback lift. Chest has a very harsh, almost cold ache to it until I stretch and then it changes to a searing pain.
LOL, no legs tonight, so I will hit them tomorrow evening. It's weird how my pullback lifts sometimes give me more grief than my regular lifts.

There is no red in the results so that's a good sign. I'm trying to search back in this thread when I posted original results but can not find. So have a couple questions for u guys.

Creatinine...would this be my kidney values? By numbers it does seem like it

Was 1.5 now it's 1.35 range is .6-1.35 mg/dl

I was hoping to find my original CK values but I can not. Thought I posted them here

But results now are 399 ref is 44-196 u/l

Hemo down from 17.2 now at 16.8. (Giving blood next week to)

Then there's another creatinine but this one is creatinine random urine. 179 ref 20-370 mg/dl.

There are more results but last visit we were worried about ck, hdl/ldl (which I don't see she tested again) and kidneys.

I like the sounds of that combo and since it usually do Deads with back why not add a few more accessory exercises and be done with them.....think I'm going to implement back with hams for a change. Last week I popped a blood vessel in my eye dead lifting 505/4......sucks getting old!

So I had an order coming in. Got it and everything was gtg. I then ordered some knobs for my kitchen stove. These damn things are $35ea and I needed to replace 4 of them. They were scheduled for delivery on Monday. I check the mailbox and there's the package..... Sliced open, and stove knobs missing.

Post office says it was delivered unopened. My dogs bark if a mosquito farts. They barked when the mailman delivered the package and never barked again in the 1hr15 min the package sat in my mailbox.

So either the post office is lying or I'm dealing with a mail theif. I can't risk shipping anything else here now :-/

Pffft man...... Our due date is tomorrow. She didnt sleep at all last night and she's in bed now taking a nap lol. I hardly slept.... Massaged her back, sides, legs, feet 2 times just to make her feel better. Wanted to slip it in while I was at it but her hips are widening now and it's sore enough lol

Tonight was back and like last night strength was up after the deload week felt great.

Started with the usual warms ups and then into yates style lat pull down 2 heavy sets felt great blood was flowing hard felt strong and the squeeze unreal.

Same rep range for the next exercises, t bar rows, seated rows on the cable machine and deadlifting this was proper off the floor deads felt fcking unreal.

Then 20 mins cardio now home to refeed.
