Woke up this morning and open the door to go down the steps to let the dogs out and just laughed. Shut the door and let them fxkers out in the front yard, legs wasn't having step's in there life this morning. Here I was thinking my arm's was going to fall off tomorrow/today last night going to bed. Thinking I killed them right now they are the least worry. Still fell like my arm workout was good. Probably be more sore tomorrow.
Got shoulders today done fueled up this morning. Shoulder's don't know what they are in for.

I should hit cardio tonight since I lifted the last 2 days, but......if I feel good I may lift 3 days in a row. If I lift tonight, the old back is going to catch h*ll..

I know exactly what you are talking about as I was the same till I stopped doing it, oh well never too late to start again. I will do kill shoulders tomorrow, it will take me week or so to get into the different mentality as I never used HIT before but I will get there.
Lady at the reception in gym told me "You will have to be very motivated to come to work out first thing in the morning" lol

OK, about time to crash. Got a shake ready to drink on my nightstand. Should be an interesting wakeup this evening because anteriors are starting to complain. Hope I don't break anything in my sleep.

Also, use a long bar and hold that squeeze, I find w/the long bar I can obviously pull more weight but it's a slightly different feel on your rear delts(I'm beginning to switch in and off w/the bar/rope(or burn out w/whatever I didn't start with)

The baby threw up on me at 3am lol - got a goo sleep in none the less tho. Time for oats, chicken, n egg whites. Then off to the gym for arms - giving it a shot again today training them together.

Just got done killing shoulders. Today was just one of them days where I was just feeling. Did around 5 working sets then I did some Power cleans light weight nothing big just working on some speed. They was shot way before I got to power clean. I just wanted to get some work in on them today. I would list what I did but I am starving so I am going to go feed these things.

1. DB side laterals(holding leaning out) - 2 warm ups(blood flow) 2 feelers 1w 5+RP/2 + partials drop 3+RP/1-2 -- delts/caps exploded
2. Rev grip front raises(**new weight**) - 2 feelers 1w 5+RP/2+RP/1 drop 3
3. Upright rows - 1 warm up(10+) 1w 4+RP/2 drop 4 drop 2-3 fried
4. Face pulls(higher rep range) long bar - 2w / Rope burned out 1w drop
5. Smith MP(shoulder lil tight) 3 feelers 1w 5 drop 4 same weight 2
6. Shrugs(new weight by a lot) front 1 warm up(12ish) (405) 1w 6 drop 5
DB shrugs(120s to 60s) 1w 7 avg'd 3-5 per drop and
I am fvkin' fried killer session(I felt horrible going in but sweated like a hog and feel much better that I got in my session)
Weights done in 41min -- getting your bigger than last time I saw you - heads are a turning

It's been a mad busy day av never stopped since i got up this morning am just catching up on the thread.
My back is total fried work was a night mare the day i was fvcked so had a rest day the day i could not have went for a session no chance.
