I only do one muscle a day. Chest day, leg day ect.... I am thinking they have plenty of time to rest and grow before I hit them again.

Thanks Hazard... Yea if I workout tomorrow that will be 5 days in a row. I can tell it. Don't know what's helped me more following this thread more or starting the cycle or BOTH. I know I am sore everything. Back is tomorrow and I cant wait but my body is telling me something different. Guess ill see how I feel when I get up. I am 29 so im not to old. Feel like I can get 5 - 6 good days in maybe. LOL
I've read through this quite a bit Marcus and I can now see your thoughts about HIT not being for everyone necessarily. I don't know exactly which excuse to use, but I'll just say I don't think I'm in the least bit in touch with that inner beast inside. Hopefully it will come as I mature a bit and actually experience some worthy life experiences. I mean... I haven't even been in a fight before let alone been in a situation where it's either do or die.

Yea I agree but only thing about that is I feel like crap all day and if I don't workout and feel guilty as hell.
Feel like I really need to workout where I am on cycle 5-6 days a week.
I know when your resting is when you body grows. Like I said i feel like crap all day if I don;t go to the gym though

You can use an off day to do some cardio and feed your body. It doesn't have to be a waste if a day
I'm sick as a dog.. Didn't sleep last night, worked all day and all night, have a meeting first thing in the morning, head is pounding and got out of bed to hit the store for some NyQuil so I can hopefully sleep.

I only train one muscle a session as well i can give it 110% this way. I usually just take a day when i need it sometimes it's one day in the wk sometimes it's two days if my body needs it i take it. There has been times i have had 3 or more days off just listen to your body and eat.

Got some good rest in last night plus I sleep in(Dont work till the afternoon). Going to go to the gym and get some cardio in. Maybe just an incline walk for 20-30 mins, stretch and get out of there today. Let me body heal and hopefully grow some. Hope everyone has a good Friday.
