    Lower body and back stretches
    2 sets of crunches
Broomstick stretches to loosen up my pecs. They are sore.

    Leg ext.-2 w/u, Work-17,drop,5+,drop,4+ w/ a long 15 count hold on last partial
Hacks-1 w/u, Work-5-3-3. New weight, but some knee pain.
Reverse hacks-Work-7-3-3. New weight on these. Turned around and propped on the back pad to catch my breath and about hit the floor but managed to stay awake.
    Seated calf raises-Work-17+-5+-3+.
    Standing calf raises-Work-12-5-3.
    Leg press-1 w/u, Work-8-3-1.
    Leg curl- Work-12,drop,7,drop, 4+.

No puking but if dry heaves count them I am definitely in the game.

37 minutes not counting stretches and crunches. I remember firing up the music and loading up Black Label Society and the rest is kind of a blur?

I'm considering trying the very low dose tren technique at some point; maybe next fall?

Whew! I'm well into my third liter of water since I got to work. Just fired off a preemptive half of a prescribed relaxer. Plan to hit cardio this evening amd it should be interesting. My boy goes with me to the shop sometimes; pretty sure I will be the first person to make a mastiff laugh.

    Always the glutes!

My quads feel tight, hammys are tender, but it is always the glutes that are in hell for days after a solid leg workout.

Looking forward to reading about workouts today!

I'm off today, being in the office and classes from now until 5:30pm. Good day to fuel and rest as much as I can.

Visualizing arms tomorrow. Bis and Tris are getting murrrrderrrrred.

I think I should also mention that I do not have any spinal/back aggravation after yesterday's leg session. My breathing and bracing was on point and I could feel the transition of the weight all the way down to my feet when I was squatting.

Being prefatigued helped lighten the load a bit.

That's the one thing I don't like about the winter weather. The air gets so dry compared to the high humidity summers. I'll either be dry heaving from wearing a mouthpiece or shooting a gusher of blood out my nose. Even with my BP less than 120/80, I still make geysers.

    Thanks dci!!

Back this morning was quick because wife doc apt.

Every rep was nice and slow. Exactly like when docs checking your beathing. Inhale slowly and out slowly.

    Weights were at 50%

Wide grip straight with standing pull downs.

    Seated close grip rows.

    High pully hammer

    Db rows

    BB rows

    Hypers

Excellent, make your trunk/core solid and the power will be transferred to the right places while protecting yourself from injury.

Looking forward to reading about workouts today!

I'm off today, being in the office and classes from now until 5:30pm. Good day to fuel and rest as much as I can.

Visualizing arms tomorrow. Bis and Tris are getting murrrrderrrrred.
Something what I do all the time, infact I go to sleep thinking of how the workout is going to go for the next day and also what I am going to do to take myself into the zone I need to progress further in my lifting and building more tissue
