I know the regulars have heard me say this before but I am saying is again because I am on one!!!

no one trains harder than me, I don't care who you put in front of me I will destroy them with my power and intensity. That's how I feel when I walk into the gym. No one can match me........does that sound cocky? I say its confidence in know and I never lie

take 2.46mins out of your life and watch this.

this is what I watch pre workout

I repeat no one trains harder than me........end of story

Have so much to do today around the house. Will be lurking on and off all day. This week will be 3rd week into my test c cycle going to start my var at week 5. So hopefully the test will start to kick in some this week.

I better stay away for Haz today if he is a PATS fan. They are going to kill my Cowboys. Anyways talk to everyone later.

    Cocky - No!
CONFIDENT YES! Fvk as you should be...

I too, think no one can or will match me on my worst day! I've got many coming up and asking about everything - during my w/o... Boy does that just add to my already built up aggression(& it don't take much to get me riled up lol) - they usually just walk away after I start my w/set! However, I will ask them what it was they wanted to know...

Show me the $$ lol - I'll help out but for my time or anyone in this business knows it'll just break you down always helping w/nothing in return(not like here)

Overloading... I go into each work out knowing I will be shifting heavier weight as my body adapts it becomes able to handle it plus it always feels lighter after that initial first lift(feel)...

    Thank You fellas!

Glad I could be any kind of motivation/inspiration etc - there's always someone who has it worse(I always keep that in the back of my mind) b/c I see people w/out limbs doing this stuff - or people w/diseases etc...

I've never showed anyone these pics b4 - I have a few more that were tough to see for a long time(me in my coma - tubes everywhere) and it was very easy to re-live the bad - but now im reliving a past memory as I've grown into the person I am now and see me as a new person w/life, work, the way I act and respond now, lifting, IMHO every aspect of life itself - I couldn't have done it without my family and friends(& everyone in here I consider a dear friend) hard to say that when you never actually seen the person - it's clear we'd all be hanging out anyways

Wow, guys... I'm shocked at the responses - wanted to at least show a starting point lol - man I woulda made a ton of mistakes w/out this place(well less than I do:P... This is far from only a steriod site - we are all real people w/the same passion that love torturing ourselves w/pain all of you truly inspire me daily to keep being a better me day after day(in & outta the gym - definiteky in) lol

You're a special kind of person, Nach. The kind who can understand and appreciate its the good and the bad that make you who you are. And youve taken both and created/are creating a masterpiece. Congratulations on your life and all of your success.

Kind of feel like my favorite quote resonates with what you have shared today. From Fight Club,

It's only after you've lost everything, that you're free to do anything.

Just reading some of my old stuff on HIT and think this quote belongs to be in here

The following is a quote from Dr. Ken Leistner which provides a good synopsis of what High Intensity Training is all about.

"High-intensity training is going all-out, not almost all out. It is taking one set to one's absolute limit, not almost to the limit. It is using whatever equipment that is available, not just a machine or group of machines. It is not the words of two or three men, but a commitment to work as hard as possible while in the gym without socializing, resting excessively between sets, or falling prey to the 'this isn't going to work so I'll copy the star' attitude".

My calves are still sore from legs on Tuesday. My glutes and quad heads are finally not sore.

I'm thinking about moving legs up in the rotation so that I can hit them weekly on Mondays.

I would stick with your current program until after the more detailed scan visit with the cardiologist. Just my 2cc?
