Great day. Sleep in ate a big meal then went to the gym. Lastnight before going to sleep I played in my head my lifts and how fxking hard I was going to go today. Just came off a rest day. 2 rest days over each week over the last 3 weeks have really helped me out.

Went up on weight every movement again.
Deads Back was already on fire. Nothing heavy. Just wanted to get the movement it. 1WU 1f Then I did 1 W set wasn't till failure though I didn't want to push to hard and re slip my disk. Also these was DY style just down to the Shins.

My best friend just signed up at my gym too. Hopefully our schedules can line up so I have a training partner. This guy is a freak of nature..... He always looks like he was carved from stone. I'm really looking forward to it

So it's been eating today and lots of sleep(was off work today too) I'm going to be setting my off days around legs(obviously) and Back from now on(the two biggest muscle groups we have & it definitely takes it outta you on those days...
So I'll be hitting delts/traps tomorrow than legs! I surely see a difference in my w/o's with the extra day of rest this wk![]()
