Elevated platelets can be caused by stress. In this case it would be called secondary thrombocytosis. Same goes for monocytes. Stress, anxiety, etc. can elevate them. There are other reasons but in this case that's what I'd probably point a finger at assuming they're not ridiculously high.

I bet mine are through the roof at the moment. Work has me stressed out bad at the moment! After driving 6 hours back home today from basically Mexico, I took out some aggression on some weights! It was crazy the focus I had when I was fvckin pissed!!! If I were on cycle I probably would have snapped!

Normally, if there is such a thing, I'd say sickness, infections. It's your antibodies destroying platelets instead of infections. There's a lot of other things that can cause it.

you remind me of my training partner marcus...that muther fuker pushes me to the fuking edge and back and if I complain he makes it that much more tougher...he trys to break me but he cant...I refuse to fail/quit because i refuse to let that be an option...sometimes i wonder if he is actually my friend but then i realize he is helping me reach another level by getting me into the zone where i can do things i didn't think where possible and the only thing holding me back was me....having a partner that is bigger and stronger than you is the best, if i worked out with you i would become a beast for shure....or dead lol...

that's correct he's pushing you to your limit so you have to dig deeper than you have ever done before, he sounds a great guy I always say to who ever I train with that they lift like a girl and you'll never be big lifting like that and failing when you do....I always add in the word cvnt aswell somewhere along the barrage abuse I give them.

when I first started I lifted with some fuking monster power lifters and it was the best thing for me, they would piss all over me but over time I pissed all over them and I shadowed them in size.
