Morning guys and girls bi's are sore but not that sore so i think doms will be in order lol got the doc after work about the elbow so just going to have a rest day.

Just had my shake added some coffee and shaved my balls. Setting off to the gym in ten minutes. Just mentally preparing myself. It's not hard for me to get into the zone lol

Hey all this place is moving at a serious pace. Can't keep up ha. Everyone is hitting the weights hard by the looks of it.
This week has been good for me. But been a big push in the gym too. Sore from my chest and back session will be doing shoulders tonight.

Second day no Gym, fvck me. Start taking Antibiotics as it was getting worse yesterday evening and picked something up for cold over the counter. Going to see doctor later today and ask her about donating blood and keeping the TRT going.

you remind me of my training partner marcus...that muther fuker pushes me to the fuking edge and back and if I complain he makes it that much more tougher...he trys to break me but he cant...I refuse to fail/quit because i refuse to let that be an option...sometimes i wonder if he is actually my friend but then i realize he is helping me reach another level by getting me into the zone where i can do things i didn't think where possible and the only thing holding me back was me....having a partner that is bigger and stronger than you is the best, if i worked out with you i would become a beast for shure....or dead lol...

that's correct he's pushing you to your limit so you have to dig deeper than you have ever done before, he sounds a great guy I always say to who ever I train with that they lift like a girl and you'll never be big lifting like that and failing when you do....I always add in the word cvnt aswell somewhere along the barrage abuse I give them.
when I first started I lifted with some fuking monster power lifters and it was the best thing for me, they would piss all over me but over time I pissed all over them and I shadowed them in size.
you need this to get into the zone
