Those Seated long bar rows(wide grip) that DY does(on his vid training Kai and his cvnt trainer) is fvking awesome... Hit my rhomboids/teres minor/major are absolutely fried today!
What a great ex when done controlled and a bit slower! Fvk my back is gonna blow up - especially when/DY style deads too! Shit my back may not have ever been this sore(all over)

Well clocking in again this morning. Just done finished catching up with everyone. Nice session by BIO. Marcus training partner doesn't even know what he is in for. Nach and I must be on the same schedule.
My back is sore from yesterday. Arms are sore from two days ago. Leg are almost back to normal. Im off today for a rest day. I will go in and do 20-30 min cardio and hit some ab work. I might do a few sets on snatches(Oly lifting) Had to put that in there because if not, god only knows what reply's I would get(Might do a few sets of snatches... LOL...doesn't even sound good.) So going to take the day off pretty much. I have to give blood today before work.
Now everyone one else, kill your workout today. Leave nothing in the tank. Fcking nothing. Train like a beast, make today better than yesterday.

Just gave blood, LOL, my body is stupid. On 10/5, my hematocrit was 52.6%. I had just drained a pint the week before.
My hemoglobin today was 18.9 which should put hematocrit around 56-57%. I replenish RBC so fast.There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...
