    Morning Everyone

Gotta say the adults out this way really get into it as well - really fun stuff!

Well could be starting my pullback later today or tomorrow... This rest has really recharged the batteries so to speak!

Hey guys got a question. I was in a hurry today, running late for work and totally forgot to take my adex. I can't believe it. I am thinking about just taking it tonight once I get off. Or should I wait till Wed to take it? If I take it tonight I'll be about 9 to 10 hours behide when I usually take it. Stupid mistake by me. I was just in a hurry and totally forgot all about it. Thanks

Just wanted to give some thanks even though you probably heard enough of it from me.

Still reading and I have to say I've restarted now 3 times because you'll reference something earlier that I didn't comprehend properly. I just can't wait to see the practice turn into results!

    Shoulders tonight and killed them

    Pre exhaust

    Pec/dec

    Behind back cable laterals

Ez bar up rights straight into palms up db front raise.

    Leaning db laterals

Standing db press ( probably should have tried these on a non pre exhaust day. They were tough and my shoulders were done by the time I got to them. On fire but I did like the movement)

    Back into front shrugs

Face pulls (finally feel comfortable with these)

One of the best shoulder routines I've done even with the less weight. Shoulders still on fire.

Gonna have the HAW wash my back for me lol

    Bod....first cycle?

Timing isn't imperative to a point. U miss a shot that usually in the morning, no worries. Take that night or next morning and continue on with your schedule as normal. Same with ai, hcg or what ever else u r taking.

Only time I would say this would change is somethinf like prami...which usually is taken at night.

How's the cycle going anyways? ?

Second cycle. Thanks for the advice. I am going to take my Ai tonight when I get off work like Kel recommend me to do. Its going great so far. Almost to good, I am starting to wonder when it will fall apart. Which I hope it doesn't, it's going really well. I have had a lot of help from people on here to make it good. Plus this HIT is doing wonders for me. Have that one small issue which isn't a big deal at this point. Only I can really notice. Which BW will tell me whats going on. (Had done last Friday). Thanks for asking.

That looks good. Is that rice? Also it could be the way it is in the picture or is that a small piece of meat? I would starve if I only had that piece for dinner. Looks really good though.

Man, I envy your access to that grouper, Sfla! Its a very light fish, but is very filling. LOL, wasn't sure what you meant by grass until I looked at the pic. I like lightly sautéed asparagus.
Two very nice, fresh looking dishes there!!

Lol...I'm loving the grouper....not a huge fan of seabass. (Be careful if u ever out and order seabass. ..it's "faked" often. Ours is certified.

Grass...is the slang at work and plus I doubt I would spell it roght if I tried lmao.

We marinate it....then broil it under a 1500 degree broil for a few mins.

About like me standard Chicken rice and greens. Usually eat the same everyday Mon-Fri unless I am off on day. If its not chicken I switch to ground turkey or fish.

Hello, my name is almostgone and I am a dumbass. I guess I have too much on my mind and need to do a little mental housecleaning, but I totally goofed today's lift.
When I finished hacks, I loaded my leg press up for reverse hacks (my working weight on reverse is roughly twice my regular hack working weight). Anyway, I loaded it up for reverse hacks, plopped my fat @ss on leg press in the front hack position instead of rear hack position, unlocked it, thought to myself "interesting, this feels really heavy", unlocked it and slowly lowered it down and bottomed out on the stops. I realized what I did, cussed myself, managed to work my way off the press, dropped a plate off each side, jumped back into the leg press in the front hack squat position (again, like an idiot), and tried to bring all that weight up off the stops. Finally climbed off and stripped the machine, got set back up, and got my reverse hacks in.
Anyway, I tried to salvage what I could. Sorry, guys and gals.

    1 set of crunches

    Leg ext.- 2 w/u, Work-16+,drop,5+,drop,7+.
Hacks-1 w/u, Work-7-4-3. New weight. Next is when I tried to hack squat my reverse hack weight. Then I got back on track somewhat.
Reverse hacks- Work- 7-3. New weight.
Seated calf raises- Work-17,drop,13-12+. The last few reps were painfully slow.
Leg presses- 2 sets @ a moderate weight. Legs were shot and there wasn't anything left.

    34 minutes not including crunches.
