First workout back after my two week break. Pulled BW first thing this morning and hit chest n arms early afternoon. Took it light, two moderate sets per exercise, nothing to failure. Pumped up really quickly which felt great. Hard to hold back! Body is saying push it but ya gotta hold back or you pay for it.

Not uncommon to see a big drop in working weights when you've pre-exhausted a muscle group. It's a great way to train a muscle group that comes with nagging joint pains. For me it's the only way to get in a good leg session without my knees feeling like they are gonna explode.
As long as you feel you had a productive session the weight is inconsequential

    Ha! And legs it was....

Been pre exhaust the last couple weeks so switched back tonight...was a good session. Legs at these high reps I've been doing are tortuous lol.

    Seated calve raise

BB squats. 235 ass to grass and holding at grass for 3-5 secs and this killed me

Using same squat rack went into lunges from there....only using 105 legs were already on fire.

    Same rack into stiff deads

Reverse vsquat (didn't try to push more weight like last time. 6 45s and 2 25s) was drenched by second set. Dripping everywhere.

    Lying curls

    Extensions to finish.

Got a work phone call on extensions and took my attention away but finished strong.

Did get a littlw dizzy again on deads. Which I knew what I was doing wrong.

If I'm reading your post correctly, you want from squats to lunges to deads. How much rest between those, Sfla?

    Ok they weren't straight sets.

But Normal minute to min and a half rest between sets. Longest rest was 2.5 minutes.

Probably just need to slow down. But never had this before.

Try just a tad more rest and see if it helps. You dropped most of.the pre-workout supps, didn't you?
I often get dizzy on larger muscle groups like back (after hypers) or on heavy squats and leg presses. I just try to wing it and do what I can to minimize the things that don't feel right. Hope that makes sense?

I take occasionally to be honest. Definitely not like I used to.

No supplements at all except for a pre drink maybe twice a week.

Been reading vitamin d helps with aneriusm but haven't talked to the doc yet.

    How does NO affect bp?

Called the surgeon today btw....checking if he is gonna write the script for the next scan. I go see the cardio and normal doc first week in December so was hoping to get the next scan done around the same time but he said middle of January :/.

Want to get the scan done. To see where I am at....then also to see if it's worth my time to go to the specialist up in Orlando to get more detailed info of what I should and should not be doing

Lucky lady! Looks good. I just downed some sushi and about to hit the leftover chicken breast and brown rice.

Solid arm session tonight. Painful pumps and felt swollen. Loved it. 20 mins cardio.

Going to attempt sleep. Wasn't at all successful last night even with 20mg melatonin. Was so frustrated and my mind wouldn't stop racing and thinking about all sorts of useless random sh*t.

LOL, you sound like me when I carry work home with me. The best remedy I have found is to tear one off with the wife, have a small medicinal shot, and maybe a very small meal and nighttime meds. Afterr that it is lights out.
