I missed it being on the west coast but the Eagles will look terrible against the worst of them but we'll beat the Pats(turnovers or not)

    Morning Guy/gals!!

Slept pretty good last night. Drinking some coffee now and catching up on the thread. Going to go in and get some cardio and abs in.

The arm is doing somewhat better, still sore nowhere close to what it was. I am talking myself out of doing legs today, for one more day of rest for it. Will hit legs tomorrow more than likely. Hopefully by then it should be a okay.

My moms brother passed yesterday so I will be going to her house to spend sometime with her tomorrow. ( Guys this happened out of no where, heart attack. Healthy man and was only 54. I wasn't close to him but it hurts me to see my mom in the shape shes in. So tell your loved one's you love them because you never know.)

    Enough of that.....

People always talking about how bad Mondays are...Fvck that I am going to fvck my Monday up. One day closer to my goals and being bigger then them.

I don't get worked up about it. Love my team but don't really care when they lose.. It's not like it's that often haha!!

I only care when they lose in the playoffs or the SB.. Or when it's against the Giants. Or Jets. Or Ravens. Ok so sometimes I care.

Got some cardio in. No abs.

So far so good on my meals today. I will say when I get home from lifting I am ready to eat the house down. Today with just cardio and some stretching I wasn't that hungry. I still ate though.

Thanks guys for everything. Arm is on ice right now. Legs tomorrow for myself.

    Heading to work now.

X2 on the dry socket Nach!

When I had mine cut out. I also was put under...lol...

Don't remember a damn thing. My wife said I was hilarious. Next day was sore but nothing to major. He sent me home with some pain meds. Think I took a day of them?

    Good luck brother.

Thx Igi/& Bod! Yeah I've had a couple teeth pulled(no wisdoms) but yeah the dry socket I hear is worse than getting them pulled!

Hopefully by day 3 I can go 50% or something so I don't take too much time off but just keep the muscles fresh so when 100% I can get right back at it... We'll see

Headed to the shop to stretch and do some light to moderate cardio. I did the fat, clumsy thing this morning when I got out of my truck and spun out in some leaves trying to avoid stepping on a cat the wife has adopted.
Its just barely swollen, so I think it's just a small "niggle" at best, but don't want to risk blasting legs with it until I see how it holds up.
Maybe a good leg session tomorrow. I did get some potentially good news today. Looks like this old man may get to be off work for 4 days @ Christmas.

That's for sure. For some reason, when I had my wisdom teeth removed all I could think about is what it would feel like to bite down on the pointed side of a tortilla chip with the hole where the tooth was.

I think your right - they're deeper and much thicker and need to broken up to come out .... The oral surgeon said from clenching my teeth and literally crashing down on my bottom teeth I've deposited much more bone than the normal person on the bottom jaw...

    Funny stuff AG

Absolutely fvcked my back to pieces :-)

Hammer strength pull down - 3 sets with a drop in the last to failure

Double dumbell rows..... Used 70's then drop set the last two sets.

6 sets and done. Back was on fire.....

Went and attempted to pose afterwards.
Failure is not and option..... ONLY beyond failure is - Haz

Think beyond yourselves and remember this forum is for educated members to help advise SAFE usage of AAS, not just tell you what you want to hear

Never made it in. Didn't get back til almost 9 and just got done with some other work so won't make it today. Could go down to the building gym but I have a headache. Probably from looking at numbers all day. Just ate a big steak and going to lay down and hopefully sleep soon.

BG GL with the TB. Hope it helps.
