It would slow up your training. Just push them down, kick them in the head, and swear they're having a seizure or something.

    OK guys and gals, I'm probably going to turn in here in a few. I'm not used to sleeping at nighttime, but it is kinda cool.
    I rarely drink but just to celebrate the last year with all of you and to welcome the upcoming year, I'm having a double shot of moonshine made by a old school local family that I've known for ages.
    So here's to all of us and the painful addiction we share!

    While it is on my mind, BG mentioned he was adding in glutamine/more glutamine to his supplements. I used to use True Nutrition glutamine peptides, but they no longer carry that product. I've always felt I had better recovery with the peptide version vs. L-glutamine.
    If any of you use glutamine peptides, what brand do you use?
    I'm not crazy about the name, but I've been using MAN sports brand.

    Honestly I think you'd be better off spending your money elsewhere. More protein, etc. It's not going to do much, or at least anything noticeable for you from everything I've ever read. And I'm always reading this crap...

    I've always said Marcus needs to write a book concerning HIT and lifting knowledge and I put you in the same category. You guys have so much experience and knowledge that just isn't available in most places, and I've been around for a decent amount of time reading/learning.

    Fought a guy that was 6' 280..... He was literally beating the shit outa a girl. I sent him to the hospital for facial wounds and a possible dislocated shoulder. He's being arrested at the hospital.

    No idea why either. The girl told the police she doesn't know who hit her. He was just hitting random people. Aparantly 3 other patrons and a bartender were struck.

    I had him by myself for a bit. Then as I was guiding him up to walk him out the other guys came. He punched the bartender with his free hand and swung again at a patron.

    why do the door mate?? the money is shit for what may happen and what could effect you for the rest of your life. You could come across the wrong type of guy who can fight and its over for you in the gym and recovery could be a long time which will effect your day job.

    Just finished icing my leg. Stupid right quad is still a tad over 2.25" larger than the left. Will continue Nsaids, icing, and rolling off and on for the day I guess.

    Yes sir. I went for a 90 minute deep tissue massage Wednesday and she worked over my back and both legs. I'm just trying to keep the blood moving through the muscle and then ice it, then repeat the process every few hours.
    The Rumble Rollers work well. I bought a full size one in blue and a small in the black. The black is more dense than the blue.

    The young lady I go to might be 5' on a good day and whenever she hugs me goodbye it is nothing to pick her up with 1 arm. LOL, she can't be much over 95# or so as best as I can estimate.
    She knows how to dig in and break down the knots, aches, and pains. She always seems to enjoy walking on my back and digging in the heel of her foot. Says my back makes a good ski slope.

    Exactly. An old friend of mine was shot and killed out west by a guy he "roughly but deservedly" threw out of a bar many years ago. Guy came back and shot him in the head. No shit. And my friend was large and a Nationally competitive greco-roman wrestler.

    Sorry to hear to Kel! That's horrible!

    Greco Roman Wrestling is a nasty sport too.. I loved it! But that's why my shoulder is the way it is...

    You just don't know whose gonna shoot you or actually fight you these days... A lot different than say my Fathers era(he's older than all you ).... Haz good thing you can fight b/c some of these guys just don't give a shit and that's the worst attitude the one your fighting can have... Good thing you didn't break anything... And of course he deserved it! Hitting random people(probly b/c he was 280 and thought he could take the bouncers too)
