That's a thought, Sfla. I would start off kind of conservative with it and see how it goes. They'll be monitoring you annually, right? That way you can kind of keep track of changes (if any) vs. how you set up your lifts, supplements, etc.

    Yes annually with the scans.

Cardio every 4 months. And gp same thing.

Supplements are pretty much done with. Except for cruising and this blast I'm about to do.

Right now only nac, multi, vit c, maca. And little preworkout.

Back tonight for me like you clarky banged it out fast tonight cos I had to be out for a certain time.

Started with wide grip lat pull downs light for a warm this new machine they have has a great flow to it if that makes sense you can really control it and focus on the back muscles.

Then onto bb rows. These fukers where hard but good the squeeze was epic. Two feelers into one heavy and a dd. The back width was coming in fast with the blood flowing.

Then seated close grips row these were med weight used this to force more blood into the muscles and used mind muscle connection. Then lead into proper heavy t bar rows with a bar fcking love these the squeeze was intense.

Then seated hammerstrength lat pull downs these were amazingly good to feel the squeeze loved them.

Then to finish with close grip lat raises on the cable machine.

All done in 38 mins the steam was firing outta me.

    Morning guys gals

Clocking in on this Saturday am - my lats are so painfully sore still and my delts and traps were worked nicely yesterday... I switched back to starting w/presses after pre-exhausting my delts/traps for some time now, and pushed out more than usual by about 4reps(hitting higher end of rep range)... Got arms today!

And on my rest day I'm getting KB certified... Should be fun and very hard(especially the conditioning)

    Have a great w/e all!

Hey guys, been training still but nothing crazy. Work blows donkey dick right now. My helper at work over tightened the connectors that bring the wires into the lights in the house Im wiring. The lighting is all computerized, so Im now wiring the lighting panels and circuits are tripping. I have to cut the ceiling open near the high hat (fixture), these ceilings have a levels 5 spackle and polish, Ill have 10 lights in a room and Im literally playing process of elimination. Im losing my mind, stomach is starting to get fuk'd now from stress. To make it worst, this kid is in Florida on vacation now, God's truly testing me now. So all in all, trying to forge ahead. Stuffing food in now and going in to do legs. Would love to kill it in the rack leaving it all at the gym but im afraid my back isnt 100% and Ill be crippled moday trying to fix this shit. Couple more months and Ill have this house down and we wont do any more of these customs, its just not worth the stress.

Well, I think I'll have to have a go at it again tomorrow night. Was setting out my bells and got a funny burn in the leg giving me grief. Will go.with a slightly tighter wrap and see if that will get me through. Will be glad when this clears up and the bruising goes away.

Funny story about gramps and going cenial (spelling).

So he wanted to spend his last days in his own home. House he had for 40 plus years. So I offered to live with him and take care of him.

Him and my dad fought about stupid stuff and my aunt lives in GA and he always called GA the "ass hole" of the usa. Lol.

So I moved in with him....commuting 1hr each way to work.

I come home from work one day. I'm in the kitchen...and I see him walking through the back yard with a chain saw!!!

I run back there, ask him what the hell r u doing with the chain saw grandpap.

"I'm trimming the hedges of the bushes". I just died laughing. 93 yo man with a chain saw.

    Hey guys,

Thank you all for your support! It means everything... We got to sit around talk stories(she still retains much more long term memory compared to short term) so it was great to reminisce! My Mother, Aunt and her son(her sis), my two Uncles(her Brothers), and my older brother, and his son, so there were a few generations there she had a blast(drinking her wine lol) and seeing her able to still kind of communicate(and remembered some things in the past with us all)... so it was a great day!

Had a good leg work out, even if it was at 2 in the after noon.Funny thing, I decided to up to 405, I hit easy reps but I think because I was worried about my back it was shaking. I started laughing, I couldn't get it to stop, rattling bells

Thanks, Nach. I'm good man, just stuck somewhere between gun shy and ready to tear my weights a new arsehole.

I'm sure you are, AG! I'm hoping this week goes smoother for you... And you'll surely be tearing the arse out of those weights
