I have been using the workouts I find here so I am trying to understand.
W= working set
D=drop set. As in go to failure, drop some weight, and rep to failure.
DD= double drop. As in go to failure, drop weight, go to failure, and drop weight again, go to failure again.
Serious questions are always welcome here. If they weren't, they would've run my @ss out of here long ago.
