Also, when you do delts(side laterals/front raises/rear lateral raises?) do you ever do these in a tri set fashion? I was thinking about trying it(maybe 2w but will really have to feel the weight out)... Or do you think it'd be better in a pullback(S/S - tri set fashion)? Just curious

I'm planning to hit delts and traps or I may save them for.tomorrow and do another all over upper body lift just to break a sweat and get ready to start pushing a little harder. Wrapping my quad in an ace bandage for support right now.
I prefer to keep the exercises separate, because I can focus on each muscle head more intensely.
Don't have anything against the tri-set concept you posted, but I couldn't go to failure on anteriors, medials, and posteriors without shortchanging something. Hey fellas!!! Hope everything and everyone is doing great. Had a little lift off fundraiser today. That's why I have been missing in action. Never done anything like that before was was nervous because of my back issues.But a good friend asked me to do it because they didnt have many people at all.Didn't really push it because I usually never train the lifts. Have before just havent since I been on this addicting HIT...Thanks to everyone in here lol.. It was all for fun and a good cause though. Now rest day tomorrow and time to get my ass back to the gym and back on my diet. O by the way...
I just down a huge ass burger from Bad Daddys, place is freaking amazing. Now watching football.

It doesn't take up the space a 45 sled would and you don't need as much weight. Arguably just a little more than you normally squat with. Absolutely no regrets buying this item. Never, ever buy a top loading vertical press.

Assembly is pretty straight up. I prefer to loosely bolt my equipment together when it is a fastener that is accessible, make sure everything looks relatively square, and then go back and lock everything down. After I do that, I go back and check all the fasteners again.
Most equipment manufacturers use Nylok nuts, so once you lock everything down it stays locked down (although I periodically go back and spot check my equipment fasteners, any cables, cable clamps, etc.
My leg press is the same brand as Kel's, and I've had zero equipment problems. I have the 45° press, but either one would serve you well. Usually you can pick up Oly plates on CL, garage sales, etc. fairly cheap.
Defo go with the side loading posts vs.the kind that is top loading. OK guys, got a few things.........
So I have been having issues with my BP after my TB shots. I was doing 5mgs a shot, but afterwards my face would get red and I would hardly be able to think. I was going to my doctor for predisone so I decided to take a shot before I went in to see whats up. I warned my doctor first, she takes and said good job,152/100. Im not sure if TB has done that to others but Im done with it.
I got my predisone, Ive been doing RC exercises then icing. I think no upper body at all this week and just keep going on with some cardio and abs.
Last but not least, I just realized Im only taking 250mgs of deca . All this time I thought 500mgs, I went through my bag and had a bunch more amps then I should. I started thinking and for some reason Im only taking a half ml per shot, pretty dumb.
Question........I have some tren -e coming, do you guys think it would be a good idea to start front loading with some acetate I have? How long after starting the tren-e would you stop? Im just worried about hormone levels being unstable and getting acne with this idea. Ive front load cycles with prop many times, but never my secondary compound with the faster acting version.

I like both tren e and tren a but I find that I respond better to tren a. After many runs with both in just deciding on short high dose bursts.

Im just looking to get it going faster. Ill have the trene in a week, but my training partner is on and will be back from holiday and its go time, so I would like it to be moving as fast as posible. But like you, I get acne when levels are un stable and I dont really want to get my hormones all crazy. I think Im going to try it. Very low dose eod, I was thinking for 4 weeks also. Im going to run the tren-e for 12 weeks. Thanks for the reply
