Went through the same thing last week after incorporating longer negatives and some static holds after being out of my lifting schedule for a little while.
A dab of Voltaren gel settled it down and it got better as the day wore on.
It was a funky pain. The rear delts were hot and sore, but my actual shoulder joints had a deep, cold ache to them.
Sure do hope pain translates into some growth.

Me too! They feel better now. I think they hurt so much when I woke up because of the way I was sleeping (arms up).

Did shoulders and traps the night fellas. It went good but got a good bit of pain from both shoulders again.

Pre ex seated db side raises TUT

Standing side db raises 1 working +rp 1 drop

Seated db press 1 working 1 drop

Rev db fly 1 working +rp 1 drop on bench

db front raises palms up 1 working 1 drop

    Rev cable fly 2 sets

Db shrugs 3 sets 25rep each

Behind back shrugs 1 working DD

Machine shrugs db grip 1 working TD

Done, good session apart from the shoulders giving me a bit jip again. I'll just have to be careful with them.

Nice Clarky! Sorry to hear about your shoulders buddy... Be careful(I see you pre-exhausted em ) unfortunately, You do know the score man. Was there a lot of ex's effecting them? Or just certain movements(pressing, rear delts) etc?

i keep hearing Voltaren gel works great

Hey fellas! Just wanted to stop by and check in with everyone. Its been crazy around here. I have felt like shit the last few days and still feel like crap. I took two days off there last week. That when I started getting sick. Then I fuxking tripped this weekend and hurt my wrist. Went to the Doc this morning for an X-ray of it. Thank god it came back Neg. Said just to rest it. I am sick anyways. So it looks like a lot of resting this week for me.

If you all don't mind how do you all eat when taking a week off? I feel like shit already not going to the gym isn't going to help me feel any better... Thanks everyone.

Today's timetable got messed up. Ended up the wife needed me.to take her to her Dr. appointment, then blood for labs and another ultrasound, so no time left to lift and get a semi reasonable amount of sleep before work.
Donating blood tomorrow, but maybe I'll feel like lifting tomorrow evening anyway.

When doing side laterals pull your shoulders into your scapula, single are best because you can concentrate more on locking the delt in before doing the lateral raise, helps a lot of takes most pains away so you can direct the strain on the side delt

I eat the same, feed the body all the time. I would probably extend my low carb days see how I respond but a week off?? you must be bad

It gives me some relief from the more aggravating "niggles". The Voltaren cream/gel seem to do better for me for joint pain, and the Voltaren pills seem to work better on muscle spasms, etc.

Thanks big man, aye when i do side raises i do them single and it is less painful. When warming up or pre ex i do them both together and it is painful most times.
    Thank you mate.

Headed in go the blood bank here in about 10 minutes. Need to get this done, run by the Post Office and get home and get some solid rest.
Labs and shot day tomorrow. Blast time coming up soon barring anything unexpected.

oh man that stinks brother. Almost always when I get a cold it turns into a sinus infection. I have just always had bad sinuses. I hope you get feeling better soon man! Have you tried doing the sinus rinse? You will be surprised the junk you get out of there.

Im keeping ibuprofen in me e6hrs and drinking lots of water... I have bad sinuses too... but only since I moved out West - never had em on the East Coast(I know just getting older can cause them to develop or start etc)... It's caught up to me now

    Morning HITers,

I found out some important news yesterday... I wasn't really on here much, I was getting tested(CT SCANS) of my head/brain... Things looked ok(which was a relief) as I've been getting bad migraines and they wanted to see if it was related to a bundle of nerves that may have been getting pushed on in my frontal lobe(after my accident)! I've always had gotten migraines prior to my accident but they've become much more intense lately... I was hoping I didn't have to share this but I am - you are all family here to me now(regardless of seeing one another lol) -

It looked better than they thought if it did correspond to one another... So nothing was said about taking off from lifting - I did ask quite a few times thinking I'd be out for something -

Anyway my chest is still screamin... Extremely sore still! Loves it!
Have a great day all and a kicka$$ one at that

So that's good news right NACH? Did they make any further discovery on the cause of the migraines or link the worsening ones with anything serious?

ATM it is good news... Not at this point do they think it's related! But further testing will be done(EEG, and comparing to CT SCAN To see if they are linked(among others that I didn't understand to well)... I'll surely update you all when I know more bug until then - lets get it!

It doesnt matter how good looking she is, some where, some one is tired of her shit.

Light travels faster then sound. This is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.

Great place to start researching ! http://forums.steroid.com/anabolic-s...-database.html

Hey guys just dropping by. Still haven't touched a weight this week. I can't get on here as much as I used to because they switched my job up. Plus when I get on here I usually get all pumped up from reading I want to go lift.

Just haven't felt that good anyways. Just have felt down and out. Its slowly getting better I think.

I feel like complete ass from taking the week off(beating myself up, I have to stop this shit its bad). I am really hoping its just a mental thing and I will be stronger next week.

Glad to see everyone still in here. I owe a lot to the thread and I hope to stay in here as long as I can.

Hope everyone has a good day!

Also to the question I asked a day or so ago. I have still been eating just not as much, just haven't felt like it. Down 2 lbs sure it isn't nothing to worry about. I am going to try and start eating more and get back to my usual over the next few day.

I have started Prednisone today 40mg today and tomorrow then tappering off over the next few day 30mg,30mg 20,20 and so on...
