Im just 10-15lbs of LBM away from 220-225... Started here at 165 -- as Marcus stated b4 I looked like 'a Cambodian on a diet lmao)... Injury or not I'll get there!
Just added Deca to my high test - waiting for it to kick then adding in drol & maybe d-bol(injectable) pre-w/o or combined in a pulse... Or even backloaded!

Seat calf raises
Glute machine
Sumo squats
Angled leg press
Seat leg extensions
Ab and ad and done
It was light quick and uninspired!

Losing out on having kids(not shooting blanks at all but had low sperm count prior to ever cycling!
Knowing that a heavy movement away from making my shoulder snap off... Not being able to be the absolute best with my injuries - but it also has molded me into the man I am today! I wouldn't even have become as big as I am now without my past struggles... The constant 'what ifs' are a mind Fvk to me - 'If' I Didn't get hurt and to see how much more I can push my limits without thinking something very bad may happen to my body(further injuries)! The daily struggle with major chronic pain and spasms up my neck/down my arm into my hands everyday... Makes getting into that mindset THAT MUCH MORE IMPORTANT!
I can't stand seeing these cvnts in the gym day in and day out looking the same - no work ethic at all... I want to be a monster which walks this earth! And I'll do what it takes to get there
Knowing I wasn't making the best of my workouts without a spotter and partner that I have now... It's easy to lie to yourself that your going all out(when on your own) - this'd come to mind quickly! Doing further damage to my body(cycling wise - I think I have that same mentality tha you had when younger that you always refer back to - I know... "Do as you say not as you did" I want freaky status Big Man... it's tough - I want something that I know I can achieve - with or without my injuries - that's where I feel we think alike... Is it the best thing for me?!?! We will see...

Decent lift tonight, not stellar, but decent.
Seated d'bell curls- 2 w/u, Work-5+,drop,3+,drop,,2+,drop,3+
Incline d'bell curls- 2 w/u, Work-4,drop,2+,drop,,4+ - 3+
Close grip cable curls w/EZ curl bar- Work-3 reps w/ a long 5 count positive and a slow 10 count neg. Dropped a little weight. Work2- 5+ reps w/ a slow 10 count neg. These put a hurting on me.
Close grip Smythe press- 2 w/u, Work-4,drop,3,drop,3
Triceps pressdown w/rope- 1 w/u, Work-4, drop,3,drop,4 and then 2 slow negative only reps.
D'bells skulls- Work-8+ reps.
Planned to get some pinwheels and biceps stretching in but I got a bit dizzy and felt like I was going to tump over after the negatives on cable curls, so I hit some Nose Tork. Somehow managed to get it on my eyeglasses and mouthpiece which was a bit of a fiasco, but I survived.
46 minutes including stripping plates and storing bells.Last edited by almostgone; 04-04-2016 at 09:25 PM.

What worries me?
I have kids.... Both times after being on cycles. So not that.
Joint damage? I see that as a byproduct of training heavy. I'll deal with it.
Needing AAS/TRT for life...? I've committed to that years ago.... I don't mind a needle each week.
I'm scared of leaving my kids early. I don't want to die young. I donate blood but once I have health insurance again I will be getting regular blood work again.

This mornings waffle
Over the last 2 weeks ive had some sh1t to deal with, on the sh1t scale of 1 to 10 I would say it hurt me and is still hurting me around the 7-8 mark. Emotions are angry, sadness, panic, lost, upset and sh1tting a lot more. Anyway to move on from that because its not no ones problem but my own is that over the last 2 weeks my diet has gone to fuk. Ive been eating everything I'm having my usually good clean meals but lets say the rice potion has doubled the meats have increased and on top of all this ive added in bad snacks and a boat load of naughty fuking foods.
You may be able to tell I can eat and knowing my own body inside out, things have changed, ive gone bigger and bigger so fuking fast. My belly is going out fast lol and I feel heavy as fuk now these emotions have changed my eating habits to were I don't give a fuk anymore.
Emotions control us, I'm eating because I am p1ssed off when will this end, it will end when I have more power over my thoughts what are causing me to feel this pain. I mean my training belt which is always I good guide is tight on the next hole up - not good.

And we have a winner, well in my case we do. That's how I feel ive done some hard heavy cycles what should put you to sleep for good and it worries me the damage ive caused. Getting older makes me worry more because when I was younger no one or nothing would stop me getting big, I mean nothing would stop me which did have a price but now Haz nit the nail on the head

If I 'm pissed or irritated, I can literally tear the bottom out of the fridge. The things that usually gets me to reverse the cycle are the indicators of waistline increase like you mentioned. I'll lose a notch on my belt, pants are tighter, or when I tie my shoes I get winded.
Things will turn around soon, big guy. There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Morning HITers!!
Had a great rest day... Now back to the grind!
"He who says he can... And he who says he can't; are both usually correct" 'Confucius' -- since coming to the dungeon this quote from YouTube had stuck with me... It proves our MIND is the most powerful tool we have!
Have a kicka$$ day all!
-
Your absolutely right, Marcus! And thank you snd the HITers here for everything! No, I need this atm lol smart training all the way(longevity is my goal)!
I feel im training smarter atm - and I've had far less pain in my Shoulder and joints since upping the volume(now it's only temporary but I needed to stretch and open this shoulder up) im doing lots of movements from a dead stop, b/c my R atm doesn't Fire like my L... And over the last 1.5yrs ive not made myself uncomfortable(forcing ex's at a much lighter weight); instead Id use something that would make me look/& feel stronger and it was more comfortable (ie; smith - although it's great for incline work) - if it's uncomfortable(im a good way we ought to keep doing it!

Been doing a lot of outside activities with the fam lately. Landscaping, spring cleaning, chalk-art, etc.
I love this time of year because we are afforded the weather to do many activities we can't during the winter months.
I'm heading home early to play tee-ball with my son, mow the yard, and look at a house w/ my sister later; she is planning on moving.
Hopefully I can hit back this afternoon, if not I'll get it after the kids' bedtimes.
Finding balance is hard, and I do stress about it, but that is one of my goals this year...finding more enjoyment in everything I do, and doing more of the things I enjoy.

Good Dr. visit today. I'm on weekly injections starting tomorrow instead of injections every 2 weeks and my Dr. is getting me setup to self inject in the future.
Also, since my insurance is kicking in on the cost of Aveed now, she said in the future I can give Aveed a try if I want and see which I prefer depo test or Aveed.
Weight was up from my last visit, but she said that's to be expected due to the down time I had with the injured quad. I'm back to full body lifting, so the weight will come back off easily enough.
Anyway, I'm kind of stoked. Will find out when my next labs will be drawn when I get my shot tomorrow if I can. There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...
