    Actually after this deal I'll be at 30+ sessions a wk(goal is to be at 50-60/wkly) It's only been a month at this new place - and many people don't stay all day - I've gotten more clients sitting down eating my meals out front and they'll ask for a trainer and I'll give em a free session for them to see what I can do if they're the right fit etc - working great!

    Low pully hammer machine 2w

    Wide grip pd 2w dd

    Got 14mins cardio before daycare lady came and got me. Boy got fussy and hungry. She won't feed him so kinda sucks. I have to time it perfectly

    Been doing outside activities lately, which I love. Lots of games with the kids and landscaping.

    Am going to have to reevaluate the time I have set aside for training since I am wanting to spend more of my time outdoors.

    Have to figure it out soon so I don't miss out on training time. May have to start lifting after the kids go to bed. I'm not used to that, but I'm going to have to get used to it.

    If its a goal, you must find time to achieve it.

    I'm looking to stock up onthe Decanate ester now myself - ive figured it out even when frontloading this ester(member when we both flare up) well I've been doing EOD shots - fvkin great... May add in some NPP too & drol/d-Bol combo of just d-Bol on a pulse

    Through habit, I'm mentally gearing up for a workout when I get home.

    But that isn't going to happen because of other responsibilities. Again, I'm going to have to start attacking the iron at night.

    Kind of a mind ****er right now, but at some point I'll adapt to training later.

    Honestly I may just pullback this week into next week to acclimate to the training time change because its going to be weird, and if youve ever changed the time at which you train, you know that you may not be mentally prepared like you usually would.

    Tri pd 1 working +rp DD. Sbar

    Behind head tri ex 1 working 1 drop. Vbar

    Dips 2 sets

    Cardio 10min
    And done. Good session i fried it on the CG bench fvck aye.
    Tri pd straight bar the working and rp were wide grip with each drop i move my hands closer to the middle.
    Just to change it, bi's are really sore now and tri's are doing a bit of moaning lol so good good.

    RC exercises and broomstick stretches

    Incline flyes- 2 w/u, Work-5,drop,4+,drop,3+
    Incline press-2 w/u, Work1-4,drop,3+,drop,2+. Rested about a minute and drank some water. Work2- 4+ reps w/ a 5 count hold on last partial using the last drop weight from first working set.
    Flat flyes- 2 w/u, Work-1+,drop,2+,drop,4+. Was totally spent after the incline presses, so I didn't do so hot on these, but it will get better.
    Flat press- 1 w/u, Work-5+,drop,2+,drop,3+ w/ a 5 count hold on last partial.
    Wrist curls w/ a dry Oly bar- 1 set palms up to failure (24+), 1 set palms down to failure(14+) and I superset these with pinwheels- 1set to failure(16+).

    Since I still running weak, I'm trying to keep.the intensity up. Almost lost my shake to the trashcan once, but managed to keep it down.

    39 minutes not including FC exercises and stretches.

    Morning Clarky &'AG... and the people across the pond! Lol

    Just got back from my day of work(7am-11pm) got my lower half done

    Axel bar deads - singles it's been about a month and a hlf of consistently hitting deads 2x wkly(quads/& low back/glutes/& hammies are split up) it's coming along quicker than I expected... My hips are loosening up as well
    Warm ups(3sets) @ 5ish
    Pyramided up 225/315(3sets)/365(3sets)/425(2sets)/315for 3/225 for 3

    Zercher squats - sumo stylewith cambered stability bar
    Warm up,
    4x 10 2 @ 225 for 6-8 135 for 10-12 hits core very nicely

    Cambered bar Good Mornings - S/S'd into deficit deads(On 45lb bumper plate
    4x 10-12 or failure then finish reps(RP)/225 @ 10 or failure and then reset to finish when failed

    Nice - intense - short rest periods(30-45sec Max throughout) and done wil be up again AG 3-330am to start eating and another long ass day

    Just finished 2 very boring wraps for lunch. Working on a very aggravating part. It has numerous .9mm/900micron (.036") diameter holes that all intersect into a 3.7mm diameter hole at varying angles. Been staring through a microscope so long my eyes are giving me fits.
    A few more holes and if I don't break a drill, I'll be done with this fvcking thing. . Believe I need to go get the old eyes checked. Its about time for new glasses.
