Oh man, legs are sore from yesterday already. Been easing up on heavy extensions first and doing them as a warm up only, after 5 minutes on the stationary bike as any longer may constitute cardio.

Went to one heavy set of squats that went well. Trying to keep the weight down a bit (still heavy though) and go slower. Worked well and I crapped out at 14 reps. Dropped a plate and did 7-8 more. I know, it's a lot of reps but it works for me. I'm just trying to not totally destroy my knees. Moved on to vertical press for one working set, all non-lock with DD's. Then moderate extensions.

Finished with seated leg curls, one heavy with two drops. Then calves on the vertical (cause weight was already there) followed by seated. Done deal. They are sore already.

    Got chest in this morning.

Pec/Dec pyramid up to entire rack

DB flat press (lost strength here) 1f 2w 1d

    DB flat flies 2w dd

Incline dB flies same as above

    Smith incline press 2w 1d

    Done 35mins

Was talking to GP about a pre-op. He got this crazy look and asked why. Told him. He asked what doctor and said screw them go to this guy lol.

Gp walks out and comes back in on the phone with the new ortho (they are packed but told me to go over anyways). Liked this guy alot. Explained everything, did various test, but man he knew to spot to hit. Once he even slightly touched it I jumped off the table.

He's got a different approach to help since I don't have any structural damage (ie: locking out, giving out, or swelling)

Step one today : cortisone shot (weird ass feeling and worried about work tomorrow now)

Step two in 3weeks. If shot is helping he gives a different type of shot (forget name)

Step 3 would be another shot that he takes my blood a circulates it back into my knee (again name).

He wants to give it at least 6 months before we talk surgery.

So good news there, bad news he's out of network for insurance. Good news he eats at or takes out at the restaurant once to twice a week. So he asked my normal Co pay and that's what I paid, and gave discount on shot too.

Probably PRP (platelet rich plasma) injections. Pull some blood, spin it, remove and re-inject platelets. Really speeds up the healing process. I had it done once. It helped.

What's up fellas - so I had a little set back yesterday but feeling much better this am... I was loosening up my RCs and getting blood into the shoulder earlier b4 my scheduled session... And BOOM - it popped(I'm hoping scar tissue but it didn't really feel like that :/) - I immediately went into spasms - shooting up my neck into occipital and down arm into fingers - I had to run to the bathroom and heve hoe(praying to the porcelain Gods)... Haven't had pain like that in a long time(where I felt/got sick! I left work scrapped my w/o and rested - I sure hope it's ok and doesn't cause a bigger set back(I think I can work thru it as long as I go light(er) - I'm pissed b/c I'm really filling out and leaning out(with no cardio yet too)

Hope you all have a kicka$$ Friday everyone!

All I had was some minor irritation. That's all. You'll be fine.

Now the PRP was different and I got pretty sore. Any time a doc sticks you with a needle about a dozen times (in the same area) in a minute or so you're getting sore.

Back day. I was shooting for some serious tissue destruction.

Started with wide grip pull ups. 5 sets. First set with one plate chained to my waist. Dropped the weight down 10 lbs first 3 sets and ended with bodyweight.
Followed pull ups with an ugly dropset using the pulldown machine.
rep range went from 12-4. Struggling with every fiber of my body to get some range of motion with the last two reps.
    Lats were pumped.

Hit t-bar rows next. Did sets of 8, 6, 4, 2 and then 2 dropsets. It was all spit flying and neck veins ready to blow. Eyes were trashed bloodshot after each set.

Moved to seated rows. 8-6-4-2 again with one dropset. My last set of 2 was pretty pathetic range of motion, so I fought with the last rep hell bent for glory.

Two heavy sets of good mornings, second set ended with 2 negatives.

Finished with two sets of dumbbell rows.

Felt awesome and was jacked through the whole workout. Soundtrack provided by Slayer, Metallica, Megadeth, and Zak Wylde.

Took the trash out after training. struggled hoisting garbage bags into the back of my ride.

Arms tonight before I went out with wife and her friends

    Killed it.

    Tris

    Smith close grip 2w 1f 2w d
Straight set ez bar incline skulls into dB over head. 2w 1 drop on dB
Rope pull downs 1f 1w dd
Sinhle arm cables. Like video standing back stepping forward to drop.

    Straight bar curls
    Alt dB curls.
    Percher hammers close grip
Arnold single dB bent over curls

    Destroyed them.

Felt great and took pics to mess with haz. But after pic realized I grew a gut recently and didn't want to post. :/

Been really low.on energy the last few days. I felt sightly better after the double RBC Monday, but was still feeling low when I got my weekly shot Wednesday. They did draw labs for an electrolyte panel and I got my results yesterday. Sodium and chloride are barely above bottom end of the range, potassium is still subnormal, although not down to the "panic level" as before. Will be continuing the Klor-con M20 twice daily and retesting in a week and also checking H&H then.
No "T" labs for another 8weeks or so to see if my dosage will be tweaked upwards.
Seriously considering popping 20 mg of var/day for a week or two alongside my TRT just to see if I can build up enough steam to get past this bump in the road. I have some suspension and good TNE sitting in the shelf, but I generally require an AI and good var always sits well with me at low doses.
Off work last night and rested well. Will take it easy tonight and hit legs this evening.
    Tired of being beat down.

WOW every body Im back. I dont know if that was food poisoning or a virus but nothing stayed in me from last sat night until last night. I was so weak I could barely work, head ache all day, shaking and my brain was dead. It put me behind at work so Im skipping training this weekend and giving my body some time to get 100%. Im also going to step back my training until my job is done, I need all my enegy and focus to be on that right now. Im going into maintenance mood. Only good thing is this shrunk my stomach and derailed my appetite, so Im going to cut back on the amount of food I eat and see if I can drop a bit more bf.

I do prefer TNE, but until my TRT is sorted, I try to stay semi legit. Had a friend that got caught/snagged using TNE within 5 days of his labs. Some people swear that TNE has a slight resurgence/bounce at day 4. I don't know that the info is really accurate, but I don't want to push my luck.
Mentally, I feel like I need an edge right now. Sad, but true.
