Reverse grip sm straight bar 1f 2w 1d
Incline dB skulls 2w
Then straight set smith reverse grip press into sm straight bar flat skulls 2w
Sm straight bar curls 1w 2f 1w dd
Seated atl dB curls (twist) 2w 1d
One arm dB preacher curls 2w
Guys don't forget with side laterals if you want to eliminate momentum simply start them from the side of your thighs, not in front. This will eliminate using momentum to start the movement. Also, focus on lifting the shoulder, not the dumbell and the exercise will fall in the right groove for you and improve development.
Lead with elbows..... And focus on the mind/muscle connection. I'm able to feel it in the Delt through the entire range of motion. You can see the striations in my delts from start to finish.Originally Posted by kelkel

Good old fellas - I know I'm not doingHIT and I will go back to it especially now I have a a spotter - but this program has giving me what I wanted look wise - I'm shaping up well I believe - I'm not holding back reps and I'm getting more forced reps than ever b4 so that could be a difference and when I apply it to a HIT routine I'm gonna grow like a weed..., I just wanted to explain to those who are looking at my w/o's wondering or pondering thingsI finally got the balls to change it up and that's the biggest thing I can draw from this...

Elbows and knees are killing me the last couple days.took today off and going to take it easy for the next few days in the gym.
Back is surely trashed... Traps are fried! Thinking shoulders or posterior chain today! Will have to see how the shoulder feels later. Feels good now... Iced it all night...

Good morning hitters! Good back training day today although I twisted my knee pretty good doing hammer strength pull downs. It was pretty sore during the session but its feeling better now. Hopefully it's only minor. Ugh... Injures just happen to often when you least expect then! Who would think you would twist a knee working your back. Ice and and anti inflammatory today

Ive still been training but I would say one body part every 10-12 days at the moment
Ive cut things down and really concentrating on weaker parts to try and even things up a bit
