My arms are torched... Taking today off!
Wanted to add my back is worse than yesterday... Those heavy shrugs and using the Rev V Squat machine to overhead press has been adding to my thickness(yoke - upper back/traps/front delts/chest area thickening up)!Last edited by NACH3; 05-22-2016 at 11:07 AM.

Since the gym is nearly empty on a Sunday....I decided to embarrass myself...trying new equipment and moves.
Warm up crunches
DB fly
DB chest press
DB incline press
Bar decline press
Standing Cable press
Cable Overhead tricep
Seated one arm cheat press
Tricep dip
Mt tri extension
30 min tabata incline treadmill. Killer.
Reps on chest not consistent. Weakness identified.

The cross over from top to bottom sweep that you guys do. I can't remember the technical name. :/

Good stuff Girly!
As long as your not leaving anything left on your presses(or anything) your reps should fall short each set thereafter your first set as your pushing as hard as you can thus, not wasting reps / usually if one has a set # of reps to be hit they may hit it not realizing they could've went with more reps or a heavier weight... Just my .02 on why you may have not hit the reps you wanted to but at the same time I believe you did it right then(using a multiple set fashion)

I'm still sore from yesterday's leg workout but I love the feeling. Esp when it hits my lower abs too. I love lifting weights. I feel it is giving me an edge I didn't get from cardio. Not sure how to explain it....empowering comes close to one word.

Morning guys,
Had some decent workouts recently did chest and back over the last two days and it was good, not my usually attack of destruction but was enough to kill a normal man so not to bad.
Also did 10 mins of squats with kettlebell with Mrs Marcus - fuk me that was hard for a big fatty like me but I huffed and puffed my way through it and feel good.
Going to the gym in 30 mins and will report back what I did, not sure what I will do yet but I am feeling good about it

Watch the enanthate , IMO. The sides will creep up on you and hang around for a bit, but any form of tren is one hell of a kick. I've combined ace and enanthate/HHC before and it really wasn't necessary to tell you the truth.

As always... Thank you, AG! Since it is my first go w/E I'm definitely taking it easy... I may only take 250mgs/wk if that for its fat burning... Maybe bump my test up to 750wk and just see what happens... I've noticed b4 that ace made me not want to eat as I should - so kinda trying it out to see if I can get over this force feeding - feels like it doesn't stop lol - if I can eat like I can on deca I think I'll have some great results
But I definitely agree - nothing big and it was kinda dumb to say I'll add in the ace if I need - that's not what I'm trying to do... Thx again Big guy!

Legs
Warm up - leg extension and stretches
Reverse V squat
3 sets - pyramiding weight
squats
3 sets - went to the max how I felt today - not bad at all
single leg extension
3 sets - slow and heavy
lying leg curls
3 sets - good amount of weight
leg press for calves
3 sets - higher reps
seated calves
3 sets - higher end reps

I think you realized this last time you had cycled, too! The resistance training is far better than just cardio... But add em both in another got a kicka$$ program... Keep lifting... Push your intensity and shorten your rest periods if you start to hit a wall or just increase/decrease them as you go!

Looks good, Marcus! Especially the 3 sets of squats and the slow tempo on the extensions. You should wear that one for a few days. Really slow extensions absolutely zap the entire upper leg in general for me. When the primary muscles carrying the load start crapping out, the other muscles pick up the workload and it absolutely nukes them.

I having some troubles
Every time that I work legs, my legs go back to having bad muscle knots. It happens each time I do squats and over leg workouts.
Is it time for me to just stop with weights until the knots are fully gone?
Just really frustrating when I want to work eye popping workouts but suffer for days with just a normal legs workout
Anyone have these troubles?
