    And noticed today, I finished pct about 2.5 weeks ago, I did lose about 8# so far....but my strength is still there....haven't lost much in that department which Is great. I have to attribute this to the new style of training i have learned here.

    Kel I used to not do them as much, had pain in collar bone when I finished. But once marcus turned me on to dorians routine. I almost follow it to the exact routine and have been liking it. If I do them they are always first. I wiuld like other opinions as well. I do not see it It in many of the routines posted.

    I don't like declines either. Feels unnatural to me and my lower pecs have always far overpowered upper. I see no need to hit them specifically. I'm looking for the crease going into my neck. Incline baby.

    Chest tonight. Went up on weight on everything over last time. That's always inspiring.

    2x50 135 warm up, flat bench
    1x12 225
    That's it. I'm scared to go higher by myself. I've crapped out at the bottom with 275 before. I thought my femurs would snap rolling that sumbitch off me. Never again. There's usually nobody else there when I go so I'm skewered if that happens.

    Hammer Strength incline presses
    1x20 warm up/feeler
    1x12 2 plates
    1x 6 3 plates failed on 7
    tried to do a rp. Not gonna happen lol.
    dropped a plate, 1x5, failed on 6, rp for 2 more, failed on 3rd rp.
    rested about 1 min and tried again with same weight. Only got 3.
    Dropped another plate. 1x? To total failure

    Had to go outside for a minute. Thought I might blow. Didn't.

    40° flyes, dumbbells
    1x15 60lbs
    1x10 70lbs
    1x10 75lbs
    I misjudged the weight again. I'm on week 3 of tren so I must be getting a strength boost.
    Went for the 80's but they were all loose and I hate that so WTH grabbed the 85's. Never done these with incline flies.
    1x8 couldn't do 9 had to drop them as my grip was failing now. Fvck me though. Big increase over last time. Maybe 90.s next. I'm feeling like I'm not wasting my time here. Pumped.

    Vertical fly machine. IDK who makes it but I like to finalize with these.
    Started heavy, drpsetted from there to 2 plates (like 30lbs I think, nothing) these are to totally fatigue my chest. It should be quivering if I do it right. I did.

    Left to eat and shower. Great session. Big strength increases.

    Nice. It's ok if you have to unstrap for drops. I train alone as well and the drop sets just take a bit longer between, that's all. As long as you're still taking the muscle to it's limits and beyond it's all good.
    I take 3mgs most nights been doing this for around 6 years, 6mg really knocks me out and gives me a good deep sleep. I do have a rest now and again from it but usually only lasts a few days then I am back on it.

    I only ever take valuim once per week if that, its a muscle relaxer and also chills me right out and makes me sleep for hours on end, also gives me a raging appetite what's uncontrollable with the way I train sometimes a muscle relaxer works wonders on me.

    Lol. Nah. I'm sure you could do it. It's not like I lower and raise it in a controlled comp fashion. I bang them out like 1 per second. I don't do cardio other than a bike ride here and there and a nature walk so I figure that's my cardio. I do those before every workout, not just on chest day so it's probably a conditioning thing too. I also have some stubborn fat around my pecs and arm pits and hoping this will help burn it off.

    I didn't start out at 50 either. I had to work up to it by doing a few more each time.

    I know exactly how that feels. It can be a right pain when it all goes wrong and you just can't get into that groove that should help out bang out the weight. Nothing worse when it doesnt click.

    Smith machine
    2 feel sets

    Shrugs
    2 feel sets
    1 working set - triple dropset



    DB side bends
    3 sets - high reps

    crunches
    3 sets high reps



    Good solid workout, very strong and motivated. Shifted some good weight and the pre exhaust is helping with any shoulder problems I have. Been carb cycling and extending my low days, went further into depletion to attack some body fat and I can see some progress.

    I'm having to concentrate too much. Then I start getting extremely hot...... Unbelievably sweaty...... And if something breaks my concentration it's like having to start all over again lol. It's fvckin frustrating......

    Just got in from doing arms, they feel huge and very pumped! Had a training partner for today which is unusual for me so i used this to my advantage and told him to not let me stop!

    Biceps first: ez bar curls 2 warm ups then a triple drop went really heavy and my legs were shaking after droping! Then onto incline db curls same as first exercise. I was struggling to breath now as i walksd over to the preacher curl. Jo warm up needed just strate onto a triple drop rught down to half reps.

    Couple mins to pull myself together and onto tris.

    Straight bar pushdowns you know the score by now warm up then triple drop. Wanted to do close grip bench press but couldnt get on it so done dips instead struggled as done chest yesterday but pushed through anyway then onto over head db extensiondidnt drop weight until i couldnt lift the db each time. Thats it i was gone

    The lad i trained with is a personal trainer and nutritionist 46 year old but looks mint and currently on cycle but just trains in a normal fashion. Didnt know wha the fvck hit him when i put him through this!!
