    Morning guys and GGR. Bi's and tri's are fried the day. Going to do shoulders and traps the night.
    Feeling a bit better, the bloods i got last wk was not for vit d even though nurse said it was. Went to see doc wk later and she said they will just refuse to test again. They will only test vit d once a year. So it was parathyroid and it was in range.

    I'm using 3000iu's a day and have been doing so for 1 wk now and feel a bit better.
    Phoned endo but can't see her till sep that's my routine app. If anything thing comes up she will phone me.

    A little Sore today... But still nothing bad(definitely night and day having your abdominal wall cut through and not)..

    Forgot to add they actually pulled a CBC/and CMP BW prior to the surgery & said my labs were better than ever(they gave me a copy too to have to compare to)....

    Also, is a really low resting HR signs of anything bad(I know it's usually a good thing but they kept looking at me like I was nuts)? Mine was registering at prior to surgery & of course after at 44 on avg and lower but as high as 50... More curious(ever since getting on TRT my bloods are getting better and better it seems).

    My resting heart rate is around 48-50

    It's from lifting and cardio, as I think if I was a lazy ass, it would be higher.

    That's called Bradycardia. If you were a couch potato it could be a problem.

    Mine's around 53 or so on average. First time at a new doc years ago he told me this number and asked me how much cardio I do a week? After throwing up in my mouth I told him once per week in the summer. He looked at me funny and I clarified, when I cut the grass. He laughed and said well, whatever you're doing, keep it up.

    Yeah they asked me how much cardio I did, too, and I said not much just really intense heavy weight training(explained and they were said 'oh wow cardio and weights at the same time can give you a cardiovascular w/o, too?' It's shocking to me that some people in the medical field aren't as up to date with these types of things... It's always talked about in here but if you look around at the Drs, & Nurses(& their staff) I'd say they're more overweight than not...

    Yep, everyone relates what we do to old school weightlifting. Five minutes between sets, etc.

    Yeah HIT is basically cardio weightlifting, at least that is how I look at, as most of the time I'm trying to catch my breath between sets

    Morning guys,GGR. I did shoulders and traps last night. I never did HIT i was a bit fvcked so tbh i rwally just never had it in me but i still got in there good session Nice and sore.

    Pre ex

    Seated db side raises 3 sets

    Standind db side raises 3 sets drop 1 set

    Rev db fly 3 sets face down on bench

    Db front raises 3 sets. Palms up

    Rev cable fly. 2 sets

    BB shrugs 4 sets

    Machine shrugs db grip 3 sets

    Done.

    I'll catch up the night after work. Rest night the night as well. Hope yous are all doing good.
