I remember reading about the pulsing and tried it out.I liked that it limited my back pumps on drol alot. Definitely recommend if you run want to run orals with zero our limited sides

Great stack though and used it many times

Ive had problems with orals, its usually with my stomach and issues like stomach bloating, acid, appetite issues etc but I found if I pulse my orals I don't get any issues at all. If you don't know what pulsing is its a way to take orals for guys who suffer with taking orals, an example would be I normally get issues with appetite and stomach problems around week 3 so I would take the orals for 10-14 days and then stop for 10-14 days and repeat, this would stop my body reacting with the sides I use to get but at the same time I would still get the benefits out of the oral. I would pulse the orals 10 days 10 days off or something similar depending on which oral it is and how I react to it, but the gains and zero sides is a great tool to use.
Good to hear, Marcus. That stack seems great to me to, since Tren right now for some reason is reacting badly with my body. Could have been from the revalor conversion mistake, but I've tried 3 different trens within the last month and all of them did the same thing or no gains. (Fakes and revalor). Hopefully test prop/npp/mast is an alternative.

I may have to give the oral pulse method a shot. The side effects you mentione, namely the appetite, is why I stear clear of them

If tren is reacting bad with you stay clear, listen to your body and use what works, great idea

pulsing will cure your appetite loss while on orals, all you got to do is know when these issues start to arise and design the pulsing around this, if its 2 weeks before you see sides then do 7-10 days pulse and repeat. It also helps with bloating, back pumps, blood pressure and stomach upsets.

    Pre- exhaust

    incline flyes
3 warm up sets - high reps
1 working set to failure plus 2 forced and 2 negs

    Incline smith machine press
2 feels sets - increased the weight each set to gauge my working set
1 working set to failure right down to halfs, then 2 forced and 2 negs

    flat flyes
    2 feel sets
    1 working set to failure + 2 forced + 2 negs

    hammer strength flat inward press
    2 feel sets
    1 working set to failure + 2 forced + 2 negs

    Abs
leg raises 4 sets high reps to failure
db side bends- high reps to failure

Very intense, very heavy, very focused to cause some damage and push into the pain zone to stimulate muscle. Short intense heavy workout and then home to feed.

Nice work, marcus. I do side bends all the time. Last saturday night, I slightly lost balance and did something to my lower back. I pretty much walked out with my back hunched over from the pain. luckily it as the ending of my workout anyway Amazing how a simple exercise that I've done 1000's of times, finally hit me. Yesterday was chest day and I had to skip. I feel much better today, so hoping to kill my chest tonight. Don't think I'll be able to use DB's though, gonna have to stick to machine.

I have such a hard time wrapping my head around this. That's "supposedly" only 3 years of work. Really just incredible.

Most kinesiologists will say this is a terrible exercise, mostly for this reason - risk of injury because of unnatural movement. There are, of course, alternatives but nothing that allows you to go anywhere near as heavy. I chuck them in even though I'm prone to lower back injury but alternate them with hanging side leg raises and hanging V leg raises.

Besides, it'll make you think twice about your form next time you do them.

Marcus, for what it's worth, I think you should bulk

I claim bullshit to that but it doesn't matter how long he's done it in he is a monster, love his size and thickness. He usually comes in a big soft to competition but if he hits it right this year he could cause some damage to the top 3 contenders politics taken away of course

Totally agree with BIB when it comes to this exercise. My thoughts have always been this. The obliques are a muscle. Working a muscle with weight can result in growth. I don't wan't my obliques to grow. If I ever did anything pre-contest back in the day it was only stick twists for obliques. IMHO.

I do my side bends with weight and love them, I tend to learn slightly forward so it hits the more front section and seem to carve a valley down the abs/obliques for me. Suppose I have a thick waist anyway but this movement doesn't add to that thickness for me but hits the front area.

As long as it just "hardens" and they don't grow, you're good to go.

    And yes, one more bulk...

Because I think mentally it would do you good. Get the weight up there for a while. Maintain some as expected then focus more on conditioning. Sorta what I've done as I've aged. Maintain a decent amount of size but kill them with conditioning. And we all know conditioning gives the illusion of more size anyway!

Gotta go hit chest and arms. Just had a pre-workout thing that came in free with my protein. I'm starting to vibrate.....

If I go on gear I will be pushing serious poundage again and not sure if my body can take it these days, I could pre exhaust everything which will help in dropping my main lifts down. Ive been watching videos all afternoon and I am so fired up to get back some more size on but my health concerns me a lot.... I might consider a short burst infact I keep designing one and looking at it and then changing my mind. I think I am 90% there lol erggggggggggggggggggggggggggg

Ive not weighed myself for a bit but think I should be around 245-250 mark so pushing past this will take some construction........

I will report it all when I do

270 was my limit and to be honest I struggled with breathing and walking. I just didn't feel healthy I think 260 would be a good bulk for me if I can keep in the low teens bf.

Yeah why bother running a compound if it makes you look and feel shitty? That's what bothered me. I can handle sides, I can't handle sides + looking worse. Waste of cash and health.

I'll give that pulsing a shot though with drol and report back. Itll take me a week to acquire the test, npp, mast and drol and by then this tren/estro garbage will be leaving my body. Woke up less bloated after not pinning it yesterday, safe to say it was the culprit!

I used to and still somewhat hate my genetics but I will say being small boned with a tiny (29in) waste at 189lbs and lean gives a crazy illusion of being much bigger than guys who outweigh me by 20-30lbs. Especially with wide lats

You're still much bigger than me and I envy it!!! But reading your diary really makes me realize consistency (in all aspects - AAS, GH, Diet, and Training) and listening to your body is what gets your that size and conditioning.

There is a ton of knowledge and experienced pasted down in this thread not only by me but other hardcore bodybuilder what will give you the edge you need to grow bigger and stronger. Read between the lines on most of my previous early posts and you will see a pattern develop and from the sounds of it your getting the hang of things...

Always use quality gear, overloads your muscle and stimulate your body, be consistent with your diet, training and design cycles what work for you.

I just finished with an online client who didn't want to use AAS and was struggling to make any gains, after I changed his training routine and made him understand his diet and how to feed the growth he had stimulated he put on just under 10lbs and his bf was still within a good range. You can change your body, you can make things happen but there is only one persona who can do this and that's YOU.

Absolutely nothing I used to enjoy more than taking some young guy who thinks he knows it all and putting them through a leg workout. My sadistic side comes out big time and they don't last long. Quick pace + heavy weight = normal trainers giving up fast. Best training partner I think I ever had was a powerlifter. He worked his balls off with me.

Dennis James said today he as 304 at 3 weeks out and gonna drop another 12-15lb before he hits the stage. He is a huge guy, but his quads really stand out to me being his strongest point. The completion at this years Olympia is SO stacked, its hard to say who's gonna win.

    Chest n arms today:

Inclines: 1 extra heavy. Bumped the weight up cause I felt strong.
1 normal weight with a double drop

Flats: 1 set with RP then drop

    Flyes: 1 straight set
    1 with drop

    ****

    Bi's:

Preachers: 2 heavy. Last one with double drop. Was screaming. I get such a contraction on these, always have.
BB curls: 2 sets. Last with an RP. Getting back into BB curls again and liking them.
Incline DB's: 1 set, moderate weight with RP. Always a full stretch at the bottom and squeeze at the top.

    ***

    Tri's:

Close grips: 2 straight sets. Haven't done these in a while. Felt strange yet good.
Pushdowns: 1 heavy with RP then drop
DB 35 degree skull crushers: 2 straight sets.

And I'm spent and out in less than an hour....
