Aahhhh done something to ma lower back ffs. Had a wee niggle tiny wee thing the other day when i was lifting db off the rack when doing chest.
It was just like a nerve thing or something, did not feel like muscle it was right at the bottom of my back/glute area.

It was nothing the day when doing back even less than it was. Now sitting down it's across bottom to the right side. It's just a dull constant ache now, fvcking nightmare.

Sounds like you have some inflammation in your L4-L5 Vertebra and its pressing on a nerve that's affecting your sciatic nerve running through your right buttock. Hopefully it's not herniated. I just had something similar. My Doc gave me a 7mg. injection of Decatron and sent me home with a Medral dose pack. They helped tremendously! Still have a little tenderness in my right Glute but nothing like before. Good luck bro!

Clarky I was just telling my wife a few days ago I have to be SO careful racking Db's, if I dont pay attention I get a quick little shot of lightning shot through some where. Heavier dumbbells I push with my knee up so it take the tension/lift off my arms. One day my arm is just going to come off

Was actually going to ask this last week on shoulder day. Was wondering if smaller muscles were weak. Or doing something wrong...

I can press 85/90s. But have to get a spot just to get them up. If no spot 80s and under. And that's a struggle sometimes.

I take them off the rack, get in front of my bench and with a bend of my knees I use momentum and clean them up to shoulder level at the same time. Only way that works for me training alone.

I use my knees but from a sitting position..... One at a time. It's just enough momentum to get the dumbells up

This is what I do ^ both are on the knees then one goes up but as your lifting your knee you start the other knee - almost simultaneous it'd so quick

The guy is kinda of a "tool" in the video but does have good form in videos. Plus his ab videos give good new ideas also.

This is what I do clarky.

Used to use it at a finishing exercise. but now for me its a good warm up. Kel like supersetting these into lat pull downs also.

I'm thinking about doing a 6 week fitness challenge. Pay fee up. Earn it back if lose 20lbs. The first 10 would be easy....the next 5 hard...the last 5, well I would have to use some diuretics or something. But I am in a funk. 6 weeks include access to gym 5 days a week. 5 workouts a week. Nutrition plan. Thoughts...yay. Nay?!?!

Shoulders and some trap work(saving most for back day)

    - smith strict presses(feet flat out n ground w/baby stool too sit on)
Lots of warm ups pyramided up
    Reps - 20/20/20 - working 4x 12-15

    - Seated DB cleans
    4x 15

    - Seated heavy side laterals
4x 8-10 drop settled every set

    - rev grip front raises s/s'd w/cable front raises

    - rev peck deck s/s'd facing bench w/long straight bar for rear delts(also used the hyper machine to strength Low back)
    4x higher reps

It was a good session - so I went to see my Mother a little while ago and she sees me a lot but for a first she said damn you've grown in a wk for sure lol - I said it may just be blood ATM in there first time she's ever noticed a difference(except when I went from 160ish to 193 in my first test/NPP/winny cycle

I text one of my gf who did it last year. She was 2-3 lbs short. It's harder for those who have less to lose. This would be 10 lbs under my lowest...

$500. Enough of a motivator!!! Diet is strict. Those last 5 would be brutal. $500 is a lot of stilettos. :/

Maybe I can give $500 to Kelkel and see if that's enough of a motivator to get my money back to buy the stilettos.
